I went to O'Reilly auto parts with a complex problem for parts for my Suburban. Amanda there was both patient and competent. I got exactly the parts I needed quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

This store is just exceptional. Today was not my first time in by far, but it was another great experience. These guys saved me a tow to Franklin to the dealer & as a single Mom, I couldn’t be more thankful. They were so kind & treated me so respectfully. I hope the district Manager or higher reads this bc this store truly deserves the recognition.

Horrible place brought 2 rotors for my car 1st set was bad 2nd set was bad had 2 year warranty on them had them just 2 weeks went to exchange them and some red headed guy got tough with me wanted to fight me telling me that this is only a part time job Threaten to call the police on me over nothing he the one has a rash on his arm works evening shift horrible place told him it's not that serious to fight over cussing at me the whole time he act like he owned the store and he was losing money
