I've been on a brief hold for about 30 minutes and counting. Just to see how long they will let the light be red on one of the lines before actually picking up the phone. I will post another review with the results. By the way it's not the first time this store has done this to me

This is the first time I experienced a negative interaction at an O'Reilly's store. A dark haired boy was sitting on a stool scrolling on his phone. The young man checking me out asked him if he would check his drawer for $1 bills so that he wouldn't have to give me almost $4 in coins. Dark haired boy said he pays people in change all the time. It's still the same amount. That is true, but I had asked him to please not do so if possible. Dude kept up an argument with the guy checking me out as if I'm not standing there. He finally saunters over and makes the trade. Never makes eye contact with me. Goes back and scrolls on his phone again. O'Reilly's, why are you paying him? All the other guys were nice, professional, and busy helping customers.

Needed oil and a filter for my sons car but I had no clue. Lindy asked me for the vin number but we couldn’t fins it that way. Instead of giving up she asked me for my license plate number. I gave it to her and she was able to pull it up right away! Saved me so much time and frustration! Thank you, Lindy

Lindy tried to pull up by the vin but wasn't successful. then she told me if I gave her the license plate number she could find it! Tah dah! pulled it up right away. she could have given up but kept digging for a resolution. thank you!

Went in for a couple of things off the shelf,had to ask for a look up or 2,and received our discount. gotta love those guys, the blonde lady that helped my brother look up the parts and did an excellent job thanks guys.Great work keep it up we come there pretty regularly for all our parts for all our vehicles never disappointed.

Went to get touch up paint. That area was a mess. The paint list hanging on a chain was covered in paint and didn’t have listings later than 2017! Asked the clerk for help. He said I had to go to a store in Murfreesboro! The visit was a waste of my time.
