This location is not Old time pottery anymore. It is now Gabes. Prices are higher than when it was Old time pottery. Alot of items are damaged, dirty, unorganized or bare shelves. Barely anyone to ask for help. Had i known it changed to Gabes i wouldn't have gone to this location.

Poor management. They would not honor the prices clearly marked on their signs for pottery. The store associate who checked me out was too lazy to scan the items in my cart. She handed me the scanner to do it and would not take off the 10% as advertised.

Super discount on everything. Signs say they are closing, but the massive inventory should last over a year. We bought from them many times and there still are lots of items, but not much available to replenish what we bought before.

Great Store- Piss poor manager- tables clearly marked 19$ and 14$ now ALL 13.49. Manager wouldn’t even take the time to go read his own sign, just sat and argued that there were signs all over the store- some manager! They need to get rid of a lazy,rude person that doesn’t even take the time to look at the sale signs, nor has knowledge about what is on sale in the store!!

Wasn't impressed. I loved this store years ago, but it wasn't the same. Cheaply made items for the same cost as Target or Hobby Lobby.

BEWARE! I had a horrible experience with an employee, Ryan! I was attempting to return items that were in perfect condition AND I had receipts in hand. This employee made the most ugly insults to me when he couldn't understand my receipt and immediately came to the conclusion that I was trying to do something shady. After insulting me, he pulled out his phone and said he was calling the police! I was in total disbelief of his words and actions when I was doing nothing wrong but trying to return some items! He told me he was not doing the return and banned me from the store!!! I have NEVER been treated this way from anyone EVER!!! And when I contacted the Corporate Office, I have been totally disregarded with absolutely NO CALL BACK for almost a month. Unexceptable from GABE'S organization. Ole Time Pottery NEVER treated their customers this way. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I love the theme decorations. They have quality items for the .money. recently I have noticed that they are starting to carry more clothes and it's beginning to look like Gabe's. I don't mean that to be a negative but if I want to go to Gabe's, I go to Gabe's. My 17 year old however does love it because she loves Carhartt.

Lots of nice items! But absolutely no one to ask questions about inventory! Couldn’t you at least give out a map of inventory??? Never been so disappointed in a nice store and items?!?! You just can’t find anything in there!!!!!
