“I just got an email asking me to leave a review for Rays. I went there about 7 years ago, but their service was memorable. I went to Toyota of Murfreesboro for a catalytic converter recall, and they tried to force me to agree to over $5000 of work over a small oil leak. I had never seen a drop under the truck. I took it to Rays and they found that the Toyota tech had damaged my oil pressure sensor! They replaced it in one day for $150”
“Got a coupon in the mail and ended up getting a very reasonably priced oil change, all fluids topped off, tires aired up and rotated for less than $100 out the door. Service was spot on! I’ll be returning.”
“I have a Ford Explorer that had to get the oil change done today, Jacob did a fantastic job! Wonderful customer service from the owner the night before when myself and 3 others scheduled online for the same time and from Jacob when I asked to be texted instead of coming to the door due to having dogs that go crazy when someone comes to the door!!! I will be using them again and I highly recommend yall do as well!!”
“My daughters, five speed manual transmission “ seemed” to be acting up. She was left stranded on the side of the road. Had the car towed to Russell’s, which they looked at. And said nothing was wrong. Did not charge for the diagnosis. Found out later it was something simple. reason it was towed there, was earlier in the month had the same problem took it to another” shop” who said the clutch needed replaced and the front brakes. $3500 in repair.
Chris and the guys at Russell‘s auto care. Do not try to take you, but let you know if there’s nothing wrong. They could’ve charged and we would never of known. will always recommend Russell auto care from here out thank you”

“I have been going here for years and even though some faces have changed the service is always great. Sometimes you may have to wait, but they always try to work you in as much as possible. So many shops are backed up these days with work so I really appreciate that. They also price match tires which is nice because it saves you from having to go to another shop. Keep it up!
