“I placed an order for Brother TN-760 cartridges and was unaware that I was purchasing Hyperion Brand. We were told the full order would be delivered, but only received a partial order upon delivery. We were told that the remainder of the delivery would be here today. I called in to check on shipment. I think they forgot about us because they said they would be here, tomorrow, instead. Also, they were supposed to pick up cartridges for recycle and did not. I will update my review if the cartridges yield the same amount as the Brother cartridges (the price is about $20 cheaper than brand name) and if tomorrow's shipment goes well. As for now, not impressed. I assume they know that convenience is worth at least as much as $ savings, because they offer free, fast shipping, but having to check in and receive multiple orders and remind them about recycling is quite inconvenient.”

“I’ve been coming to this store for a little over 10 years and each time that I come, the workers, such as Shua, have always been so helpful. They are integral about their customer service. Anytime I needed anything printed, they’ve always done their very best to accommodate and assist. I can’t brag enough on this particular store. Had I thought about it, I would’ve reviewed them years ago! Thank God for great customer service still existing!”
