Gonzalo was incredibly helpful in the homebuying process. I was nervous about starting my search, as homebuying is new territory to me, and with his guidance I soon felt comfortable and excited to buy my first home! Every question I had, every concern, I could reach out to Gonzalo and have immediate guidance. He is professional, polite, and easy to talk to. I wouldn't have my first house without him providing me with all this help! He is an awesome guy and he has my HIGHEST recommendation.

First I was not going to write a review but being a first time homebuyer I reached out to a young lady by the name of Bryce about programs I heard about for first time homebuyers she promised she would help me out with this process and yes I did need to fix a few issues she told me needed too be fix and I did asap but i always had to email her just to figure out like what else I needed done she never reached out she never emailed just to say hey this is where we are in this process she just didn’t care to help me and I’m just trying to purchase a home I would not recommend her

I highly recommend Gonzalo Guimoye! I was a first time home buyer and he promised me he would stay with me throughout the entire process and truly he did. He made the process go so smooth. I love working with New American Funding, and especially, Gonzalo Guimoye. As a realtor, he always responds and keeps me up to date when things with clients do occur. He diffuses issues with clients when it comes to loan concerns. He is knowledgeable about different options for clients and he is on top of things throughout the process. One of the title companies that I use in this area has even stated that they love to work with him because he is a knowledgeable, excellent, and a timely communicator.

I wish I had the same experience these other people had. We started our refinance in April. Long story short, after being strung along, lied to, and given false hope, come July we were told it was not going to work. 3 months of being told we are fine, everything is good, just moving slow, only to be told we can't refinance! We were even told not to pay our June mortgage because we were going to close, come to find out the person we were working with(Jay W.), was wrong once again, and we ended up having to pay WITH a late fee. Our loan was apparently suspended for 3 weeks and at no point were we told, we just kept getting lied to that we were moving forward and "waiting on underwriting". We had to resubmit documents multiple times because they kept getting "misplaced" or said they were never received, even though I had the email proof. The whole process was a joke and and probably one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with. This is our third home and I have NEVER dealt with such an incompetent group of people. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Justin Lusk is simply the best. I've worked with him on 2 different refinances now. He was willing to advise me on the best course of action to take to save me the most money. He worked with me for months to find the exact right mortgage rates in a volatile mortgage market. I wont use anyone else!!
