I picked up a doordash order in Murfreesboro, TN located near the square. The woman at the front desk was so rude. Her tone, lack of knowledge, and words were very combative for no apparent reason at all. I had asked her to verify the order, and she refused, but instead combatted me and insisted I accepted the order and confirmed the pickup. That act in itself is a violation of doordash policies, so if the order were to be wrong, it would fall on me. I followed her aggressive orders and ended the conversation with a "have a great day!" I will never come to this store for service or delivery ever again. Whoever gets this needs to communicate with the district and general managers immediately. I would hope that the customer service isn't that horrible and unpleasant of an experience with every customer! I also hope it isn't a race issue because the white man beside me seemed to have no issues at all besides seeming to have been waiting for a long time prior to me walking in the building. I can't rate this zero stars so i have to give it a one.
