Luca and Heather and honestly the whole team at Truck Universe made the buying process so easy!! We are so thankful for all the hard work they put in to get us a truck, we test drove on a Tuesday and drove our new to us truck off the lot on a Thursday. The truck is clean, they provided us with a carfax and were very knowledgeable on previous owners and all the maintenance that had been done on the truck as well.

Mr. Luca helped us find the right truck for our business. Mrs. Heather helped us with the terms that made us leave with the keys to our truck and a tremendous emotion.

I drove 8 hours one way to Truck Universe to buy a truck that I was in need of for my plumbing business… I’ve never seen or heard of this place, but they had what I needed so I made the trip…I’ve bought quite a few vehicles in my time, and I can honestly say that this experience, is probably the best I’ve had while doing so… Josh and Heather are the most down to earth, honest, and genuine people I’ve dealt with. They did alot of things during and after the sale that they did not have to and I guarantee no other place would have done what they did for a me, or anyone else. The service during and after the sale are top notch. It’s been quite a few months since I purchased my truck, and it is everything they said it was, I’ve had no issues. Once I start growing my company and need more vehicles, I will gladly make an 8hr trip to buy another from these folks!

Bought the truck from this place not long ago. Drove it and noticed the coolant gauge on the dash responded funny, it would not get to normal operation temperature which is around the midway of the gauge. Sometimes stays flat sometimes hovers around 1/4. Also the low coolant light come on and off randomly. Took it in and mechanic said might need a new thermostat and a new coolant level sensor.They would not cover for the repair. Only drive train is covered engine and tran for limited time and mileage. All other parts are sold “as is”. So if I bought a truck and notice the mirror is missing a screw the next day, go back there they would be like sorry, not covered, only drive train is covered. This is a disappoint experience purchase with such bad after sale service. Don’t buy from them and make sure you drive it yourself, because if you don’t catch minor issues than it’s all on you after you paid.Update:From the owner’s reply, I am clearly one of the his customer. When the truck was first bought both of the us was happy. I got a truck for work need and he sold the old 2005 Hino sitting for years. However when the conflict arise regarding repairs and warranty issues, he changed his attitude. Could you imagine the facial expression when the owner typed those capitalized words in his reply. Not a pretty scene, unfortunately I am the one unlucky customer who has to deal with this mess. Don’t let this be you! This is how bad they treat their customer, not helping at all.At this point I am not expecting Truck University would do anything to help to be honest. I do not trust the owner anymore. All I am getting out of this is to have a way to relief my bad feelings toward this disappointing experience with them. And Google should let my negative review stick, because this will reflect the true property of how a store or a business really is. Wouldn’t it be weird to have only the positive and none negative reviews? I found this place through Google map app search, it’s got a high rating. However it turned out to be a bad experience for me.
