“My IPhone 14 ProMax stopped working last night when I could not get my charger in the port. No matter what charger I tried, none would go in. Being a local realtor, my life is in my phone.
I stopped in this morning. I didn’t catch the representative’s name at the front but he was awesome. He saw something immediately in my charging port and took my phone to the back. Shortly after he returned with my phone and had found a piece of a charger stuck in the port. I am back in business now and soooo appreciative! Thank you for the great customer service and the affordable price. I highly recommend this place—— five stars!”

I was short on $$$ for everything out the door and they waived a fee for me so I was able to get the phone I wanted. “We went into this Verizon store as we have always found the staff very helpful. March 30, 2024 was no exception. The only difference was there was only one employee when we arrived and four customers. But, Evan was fantastic! He greeted us and told us it would be a few minutes and proceeded to help two customers at a time. It was a few minutes and he pulled us into his circle. It was amazing to watch how he worked with four different customers and keeping everything straight. He apologized for being the only one but he was so personable and friendly. The wait really didn’t seem that bad as we enjoyed chatting with the other customers too. Evan is a huge asset to this Verizon store and should get recognition for his hard work. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.”
