Horrible, car was not clean, one side tires only clean, soap left all over car. Horrible customer service, line to get in 2 nd time I went was 23 minute wait, only one lane working and only two people working. Requested refund and cancellation, was charged reoccurring cost had to return again because no one answers phone. Told it was cancelled, then charged again. Manager refuses to call back, have now had to take it up w my bank. Go down the street, much better and car more clean.

It's convenient and the wash was much better today. The young man was courteous and nice. The only issue I would say it was peaceful until the guy decided he wanted to blast his music for the entire city to hear.
