The storage facility is clean and well-lit, has an access gate, and is monitored 24/7. Kerry explained everything very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. I can rest assured that my belongings will be safe.

We had a great experience with Mini Storage Depot. Should the need to store items arise in the future, we would use their storage services again. They have friendly and helpful staff, clean units and facilities, and are easy to work with.

I love Kerry! She is very sweet and has helped with everything that I have needed so far with the storage unit. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and does it with a warm smile ! I recommend anyone needing a place to store their items/belongings with mini storage Depot in Northfield blvd !

Prey that nothing ever gets stolen from you at this place. Because there going to act like they care and want to get down To the bottom of it but then do absolutely nothing to help you out.i went there 6 days to the office asking about the video footage so I knew they had it on camera so I could make a police report. And now three weeks later I have still got nothing. I ended up finding my things on Facebook for sale and long story short got some items back so if your needing an actual secure place to store your items I do not suggest this business then the owner is going to respond to your pist and sat he's going to get back with you and not do it

Proceed with caution. Very nice facility, Tyger and Kerry are both helpful and and friendly. Why the one star? I moved out at the end of August, with proper 30 day written notice. But I was charged again for September. I was refunded in September and told that happened because they forgot to move me out of the system. But then it happened in October. I no longer have the same credit card number and I wasn’t told that they had to refund me via paper check until December; 2 months later. Fast forward to January and the only person capable of processing my refund, Kyle Zimmerman, can’t be bothered to handle this issue and doesn’t respond to emails. Again, nice facility and staff. But proceed with caution. I would not recommend whatsoever

I wasn’t going to make it in time to get my reservation due to rain and Kerry was a saint and helped me out! They were super helpful and so so nice to talk to! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The woman at the desk is rude!!Would not help me make my payment!! I have went up there time and time again to pay my payment and called no one answer the phone too! Then gets smart with me when she finally answered!! Last time I did actually come saw her and was there she’s playing on her phone!! Terrible person will never use them again!! Terrible terrible people!! Stay clear!!

A safe and secure place to store your valuables. Tiger was great and ty is wonderful. You need storage this is the place to go. Very cost efficient as well.
