Don’t go here. The owner is a very rude person. He asked the reason for selling my coins and when I told him they were my deceased fathers who had passed 2 years ago. His response was “that’s everyone’s excuse”. Which was completely uncalled for. Not to mention he offered 65$ for the coins I brought in and when I went to another shop I got 150$ for them. Just don’t go here there’s so many better pawn shops around.

Don't do it. They don't know what they are doing. I have a 1963 red seal $2 bill that is almost perfect. I laid it on the counter he snatched it up like it was a piece of trash and says $3 and throws it back down. Now the corner is bent. He then looks at the jewelry I have and in about 2 seconds throws it down and say he just buys for the gold and he isn't interested due to the gems. The $2 bill is valued at about $2,500 with one on ebay for $7,500. The jewelry is worth over $10k. Never took out the gem eye, or anything. Very rude. Horrible!

John and Paige and Carolyn are wonderful. They are honest, fair, knowledgable and friendly. They are just as nice whether you are buying or selling and regardless of whether your item is large or small. John has helped me put several coin sets together over the years. He also has some really nice graded coins. I have also bought several gold box chains for my wife. She loves them and especially likes that they don't get knotted up.

First visit to to Middle Tn Coin. Experience went as follows. If you have a Gold Double Eagle in a ms66+ or a 1913 V nickle in ms64+ or some other rare gold/silver something but it has to be at least a 64+. He and all his customers Only deal in HIGH END items. If you have something like that Mr. Parker can maybe help you. But don't you dare go in there asking about morgan VAM's planchet errors, lamination errors or a new discovery on a state quarter. A 1943 steel copper coated type 1 experimental blank penny could have never made it into circulation. Really,, mint employees have accidentally on purpose made stranger things happen. Example 5 Liberty V nickles how and where did they come from??PCGS sent me to him to ask for appraisals on my coins before sending them for verification and grading. I have since advised them Not to do that with anyone else. He will tell you items such as what I took in are not worth dealing with. I was extremely disappointed in what little knowledge I found there on the items I took in.Look Mr. Parker may be very knowledgeable on what he wants to deal with. As far as numismatic varieties or coin errors you will not find your answers at this coin shop!! Straight forward and honest opinion/ review.

The male representative was very rude and out of line with my fiancee when she brought in an old 1798 silver dollar in to be appraised. He barely glanced at it and literally threw the coin back to her. An experience like this one can quickly give any company a bad reputation.
