I bought A iPhone 7 from the store about two months ago. I bought it out right I did not finance it I left Metro To move to a different company. I found out that the phone was locked I asked them to unlock it and they said they couldn’t. That I need to be with the service for 180 days before they could unlock. I bought the phone out right two I would like to take my phone where ever I want to take it not just with Metro. The guy stated that that was the policy and that it was in their terms and agreements. No where was I told this during the time of purchase and basically rendered the phone useless unless I continue to use metro. So therefore I ask for a refund on the phone I was then told that I could not get a refund on the phone. what a rip off do not buy phones or service from them. They are locking phones and if I’m not mistaken the FCC does not allow you to lock phones unless the phone is financed. I feel like I was cheated.

Sitting outside cause the door is locked during operating hours and the closest one to my house is an hour away. On top of that they cant get into my account
