“Went looking for a couch and found the selection to be nice - not too contemporary but certainly different than other middle of the road furniture stores. We were able to find a couch that fit our needs and space and select our fabric.
Fast forward 10 months the couch was showing a lot of premature wear and tear. We don't abuse our furniture so this was bothersome but Haverty's customer service was top-notch. A technician was scheduled and arrived on-time to provide service. Very happy.”

“Jim is amazing to work with. We had some issues with our mattress (not the fault of the store. We just didn't like it) and we had a damaged bed rail (again, not the store's fault) we were frustrated as it costs a lot of money for furniture and we had the mattress replaced and also they replaced the bed rails. The 2nd set we received for the bed rails also came damaged. It made us again, very frustrated as we needed our bed to work as we spent a LOT of money on these items. Jim did his best to make everything work out for us. We will definitely come back for our future furniture needs and will specifically ask for him. HE knows his stuff and is very friendly.”
