Very helpful, pointed me in the direction of a great mattress that was right in my budget. Very informative and nice, will gladly recommend them to anyone.Larry and Matty did a great job with the delivery. Got the super heavy old mattress out in a hurry, and the new one on the bed frame and installed the fully encapsulating mattress protector without even being asked. 5 stars all around ?

We went in this past Saturday and we were greeted by a friendly face, Debbie. She took her time waited on us, listened to what we had to say about how we sleep. Very professional, took us around to all the beds that she thought would be what we would want. Went over the top to be attentive and very very nice. If you need a new mattress go see Debbie!

I just wanted to leave a GLOWING review of this location. I bought a mattress, and frame from here back in February, and my girlfriend just bought a mattress, frame, AND an adjustable base, at Ms. Lauderback's recommendation. The whole family is now sleeping right, all thanks to Ms. Debbie Lauderback! She made the shopping experience a breeze, kept us laughing, and she made us feel like an old friend, throughout the whole process. THANK YOU, DEBBIE!!!

We had a great experience at this store. Debbie walked me and my wife through different options and was fun and patient. We bought a mattress and I was scared because I saw a lot of negative reviews about the delivery process. Debbie gave us her number just in caseThe guys came just as they were scheduled to, set up our bed and took our old mattress. They were very niceWe have no complaints and are very grateful for this experience

Trying to help an elderly blind person, receive a refund and cancel delivery of a bed she does not want. First was given a customer service email box that was a bad address, then got the run around from two different stores. This lady is frightened and in poor health, was never explained what she was signing, since she is legally blind, but Mattress King would prefer to stand by a piece of paper instead of doing the right thing for this customer. There are laws to protect the elderly and it’s sad when a company is more concerned with a dollar then doing the right thing.
