We came in browsing for a mattress this afternoon and our sleep expert Austin was absolutely incredible! He didn’t pressure us nor did we feel rushed. He helped us find a mattress that works best for us at such a reasonable price. If I could buy 50 mattresses from him I would!

Bootz was amazing patient and very informative about every product. Mattress firm was the 2nd place it went to look for a mattress. The first place I went to the salesman was rude and was trying to fast talk me, which I hate. The crazy part is I'm in sales myself and I'm the easiest person to sell to, but he was very annoying. He got mad when I had to take a person's phone call, and told me to hurry up he was trying to sell a mattress here. On top of that when I did get off the phone he passed me off to someone else who told me 2 different prices on the mattress I wanted to buy, so I left and found my way to Mattress Firm, I wasn't planning on buying a mattress today I was only looking to get some information about what mattress I wanted to buy, but Bootz was so helpful and down to earth that he made me change my mind and I actually purchased a purple mattress!!!! Thanks Bootz for all your help!!!!!
