So thursday july 27th i was on my way to clinical when i got a flat tire. i rode about a mile down the road before i realized it and turned into mapco. i was freaking out and went inside to ask an employee if i could leave my car there until someone could come and get it. before i got inside i saw an employee and asked if she worked there to double check. she told me she was the manager (sierra or ciara store 3407) i immediately started tearing up and said i’m sorry i’m just having a bad morning. she said it’s okay!! you can leave it here for no longer than 24 hours. i thanked her and she gave me a hug and told me it would be okay. she even offered to let me come in the store while i waited but i went back to my car. i’m sitting in my car for a few minutes when ciara comes out with another employee (jackie store 3162) and walks up to me. they literally offered to change my flat tire because i had a spare in my trunk!!! so jackie helped change my spare while ciara went back and forth to make sure customers were being attended to. i just couldn’t believe the amount of kindness and grace these two women showed me. i was wearing white scrubs and jackie didnt even want me touching the spare tire so that my scrubs wouldn’t get dirty and ciara saw dirt on my scrub pants and pointed it out so i could wipe it off. this really restored my faith in the kindness of strangers. these two women deserve all the good things coming towards them!! thank you ciara and jackie!!!

Tried to run in to grab something at 4:55 this morning just for them to have a paper sign saying “closed” on the door yet they advertise as 24/7.

Anytime you go to the store after 10pm. They are shut down or always closed for system shut down or gone to the bathroom for hours.

The person who was there was being very lazy and rude and my dad asked them to go check and they said we don't have any and I know they have them they never stock up the shelf rarely and the ones we get are out the gas was fine it's the people in here was rude..PS: I would check it myself since ur all lazy as hell

Just came through and had the new cashier, Rebekah, steal money from me. Asked her for the receipt, she said she didn't know how to print that one out and just rang a new one up to give me "a receipt." Asked her to check the cameras so it could be settled one way or the other, she said, "I don't know how to do that." And that there is no manager on site and that she doesn't know when there will be one there. ?? I mean it was only 2 dollars, but it was my 2 dollars. When I called she said her name was Kay, but the receipt says otherwise. I live off of disability, I can't afford sleazy people stealing from me. Oh, and after I told her how much I gave her and to please check the cameras for proof, she told me to get out!
