Today was the first time I have ever needed to call a towing service. In the end it turned out to be a positive experience. I chose Manny’s towing service based off of quick research and a gut feeling. My car was towed by Manny and I am so happy to have been met with his professionalism and kindness. Everything turned out be a lot easier than I expected. I am extremely grateful. I will be suggesting Manny’s Towing and Recovery to my friends and family in the Murfreesboro area. Thank you!!

Called because the car would not start. I was told 30 to 45 minutes and considering I waited for 8 hours yesterday got AAA and another local company. 20 minutes later I get a. Call from Alex from Manny's and my first thought was he is going to be late, instead he said he was close, and he arrived less than 5 minutes later he was there, asked what the issue was and did I mind if he checked the battery? Oh heck no, go ahead. He ran a test and found the battery low, and he had me start the car and it worked . In the shop now for diagnostics but I wish I had called Alex yesterday instead of AAA. I recommend these guys and hope you luck out and get Alex although I suspect that the employees all care about their customers.

zero stars if I could. condescending, sexist, insulting, and arrogant. don't use this company if you're a woman; they'll treat you with zero respect. definitely not who you want to call if your daughter is stranded and alone. their male customers are the only ones they value.

The BEST tow company ever! From the minute I called and talked to Manny, to one of the most down to earth tow truck drivers Kenny, it was the most amazing customer service! You guys are so lucky to have Kenny on your team. He was excellent, took his time, handled with care and communicated with me from the minute he was assigned my boyfriends truck until the end. Great Service!!!! Insurance company gave Manny's Towing the wrong drop off address. Manny was so polite and helpful. After a new ticket was created, this tow company went back and towed my vehicle to the right service shop immediately. Very professional company. Excellent Service when needed! This was not the first time I used them either over the years. I have no pics since I was picked up and had them tow my vehicle to Firestone. They got my vehicle there well and before they closed. They apologized for the delay also. They were working a major wreck on the Interstate.

My experience with Manny's Towing was great!!My car would not start and I called to have it towed to a repair shop. The man that answered the phone was super nice and he set it up to have a tow truck sent out to my residence to pick my car up. The service was really fast.The tow truck driver (I think that his name is Kenny) was very nice and courteous and did a great job putting my car on the tow truck.This was the first time that I have ever used this towing company but it definitely will not be the last as the whole experience was great and stress-free.I will be using their service in the future and also recommending them to others that are in need of towing services.

I have a very rare sports car and it's a low profile car, yesterday I had to have it towed because my neighbor hit it. So Manny's towing got involved came out within 10 minutes of the call and Mike was the tow truck driver he did a great job. My car is not replaceable and he knew that and he took the best care I've ever seen of any other tow man, I recommend this company to anybody but especially to the people that have low profile cars such as sports cars or muscle cars. Mike was the best and I really appreciate him there was no damage no bumper bends nothing. anyone that owns a sports car can trust this company or anyone in general.Services: Special vehicle towing

Great experience! Called and was quoted a really reasonable rate, was told that it would be 60-90 mins and I would get a call 15 mins before. Kenny called 15 mins before (as promised) and even arrived to the tow before we did. Extremely professional and friendly! We will use Manny’s in the future if we ever need a tow.
