Rooms were gorgeous and bright, and had many utilities like a dishwasher and stove, but on close inspection the rooms were fairly dirty which was disappointing. The sheets I had were stained with I think dried blood and then hair dye?
And this was possibly the worst breakfast I've had a hotel. No eggs or sausage, just bread and gravy basically.

My family of six stayed here and it was PERFECT. Brenda (I think, maybe Brenna) was awesome this morning, opening up breakfast a little early for our family so we could eat and go, super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond.

Rooms were adequate. Beds were actually very comfortable. I had a yappy dog next door and a very heavy walker above me. Location was good. Close to interstate and places to eat. I had no issues and would be fine staying here again.

Won’t EVER stay there again!! Bought snacks from the lobby- made the mistake of paying for them with my debit card-
Clerk insisted on knowing what room I was in- when I explained that my daughter was the one paying for the room- he still insisted - and secretly charged my card for 3 $50 deposits - without saying a word to me about it- or asking for my ok.
Upon checking out- they charged my card 3 more times- totaling over $120 more than the 1st incident
They didn’t even provide any regular room service - during our month-long stay

Once we arrived it was pretty nice the room was clean and everything was nice but there was this big banging noise above us. It all went down at night I barely slept because someone kept knocking on our doors I thought we were being robbed but it was probably just some teens. this hotel need to have people to check the halls and make sure no one is messing around. I parked my van over some bush then the manager came out and said you can't park there because it's hanging on the bush. So I pull out the look and the bush is PERFECTLY FINE I even took a picture of proof. Only one staff so I don't know how he could even manage the hotel. DO NOT GO HERE.

The guy at the front desk was awesome! The rooms need more towels and a set of sheets for the pull couch but its clean and comfy.

Room was clean, and the breakfast attendant was amazing. She made sure we knew all our options, and helped us with the pancake maker.

The customer service was amazing from the start. Rooms were clean and very comfy. Brandy fixed buffet breakfast a little early, which was wonderful. She made sure we had all we needed. Exceptional customer service.

Made a phone call to see if anyone was hiring and what not and this front desk worker bluntly hung up on my face. When I asked him why he hung up on me, he basically said, "he wanted to!" Because of that type of behavior, I don't want to work in an environment where guests and aspiring employees don't feel welcomed.

Big comfortable room, kitchenette, standard beds. A place to stay during a road trip. Glad they have a gym. Three machines, free weights. Not that I'd ever go there, but I felt good that I could, if I wanted, which I don't, but I can think that I could, even though I won't.Breakfast was special. I seriously suggest you skip their breakfast. Epic failure. They served something that the naive me thought was oatmeal. My poor vision probably contributed too. Well, it took me a min to realize how disgusting that thing was. It turned out to be a warm gravy with small pieces of ground meat (?) in there. Was it their interpretation of a sausage? I've eaten horrible food, but this was special. They also served cold boiled eggs, something just unpacked from a large box. There was a pancake machine, which entertained me for a minute. Pancakes were small and tasteless, but it did cover up the misery of the gravy. I recommend just take a bagel or a toast, cream cheese, coffee, and stop. Maybe take cereal and apples. Venture out at your own risk, I warned you.Why 4 stars though? Maybe the stars aligned at that moment for them. It was a quiet night for them. Room was good, price was reasonable, everything was clean, cared for, receptionist brought out extra blankets, was helpful, made conversation. I would stay again, with a caveat of skipping breakfast.
