Customer service is great. Having your product in stock is another story. I'm not going in there anymore bc I have to settle for something I don't want bc they are always out of what I want and I'm just done.

Kat is absolutely the BEST! The second I open the door to the store she goes and gets the disposal vapes I get every time I go!! Here memory is amazing! Her interactions are always so personable and she's the reason I continue to shop here. She is such an asset!I am disappointed that the product I've been buying for over a year, they were out the last time I went. But Kat reassured me she was trying to get it in.

People are nice but that doesn’t make up for the severe lack of any products other than disposables. Hardly any variety of freebase juices. This place used to be great, I don’t know what happened but prices went way up and selection went way down.

My boyfriend went in and got a puff bar and it didn’t work and the lady at the desk refused to exchange it, so he paid for and didn’t even get to get one.

Zero customer service. I came in and asked for 3 mg. She gave me six. I aaked for plain she gave menthol. Asked for replacement oh no. Cant do that. Second time its happened. Had to go due to conveience of location. Don't waste time or money on this place. And if she wants to dispute this and say I had the attitude..... All my phone calls are recorded. EDIT: I called your Smyrna location and your staff there took care of me. Great staff at that location.

This is my favorite vape store. All the employees know what I’m getting as soon as I walk in. Really enjoying the recent adding of clover points. It’s easy to use, and gives great discounts.

Inventory. Knowledgeable staff. Travelling all over the country I visit alot of vape stores. The number of times I can't get what I want is difficult, whether it's product or help. Magical Vapors is not that way and it's been great to shop there.

The store in Smyrna is a joke - the employee who is there all the time and most often is rude and either does not know about his products or can’t be bothered to actually help his customers who come in asking him questions. However this location is awesome, and the girls that work at this location are huge and incredibly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised when I come here at how low the prices are for an upscale looking vape shop. The girls are very well informed and know their products and what people may be looking for before they can even try to describe it. Who’s was my case lol and the girls knew exactly what I needed. This is your best store and I will continue to use it as I work down the road, because of these excellent employees you have at this location!

This place has a wonderful atmosphere the moment you walk in. They are so warm and helpful for any questions you may have. I have to give a shout out to Kat who helps me every time I come in to get new juice and mods or whatever else I need that day. She always greets me with a friendly smile and I always feel welcomed to be there. She has answered all my questions and is very professional and amazing at what she does! Because of Kat I will always bring my business for vapes to her!
