I went to Lowes because it said on their website that they had a certain brand of mulch in stock. When I went to Lowes to pay for the mulch, the checkout register said they had 75 bags in stock. When I went to pick up the mulch, they didn't have any at the pickup yard. Then, they proceeded to look for 15-20 minutes for the mulch. When I went to customer service, they made me wait another 20 minutes looking for it on a pallet. After not finding any, they said I could get a refund. All in all, they wasted over an hour of my morning driving to their store, waiting, and driving home. How can they say they are 100% committed to their customers and have no respect for their time?

I go to this Lowe’s multiple times a week, and apparently the saw to cut plywood at this Lowe’s is like the ice cream machines at McDonald’s and “is out of order” more than not. They either need a new saw, or the people who are trained to cut wood here don’t really want to mess with it. I only had to cut 2 pieces of plywood, but had an order of $2,500 that I gladly spent at Home Depot across the street today.

Robjay Bush is one of the most kind and informational people that I’ve met, and he made my experience at Lowe’s a great one. He knows exactly what he’s doing and how to help you with any of your Lowe’s needs. Safe to say I’ll be back at this Lowe’s for anymore home improvement items!

The representative said she wouldn’t refund the pressure washer soap unless I took it out of the pressure washer - that never worked - and put it in the original container. If the pressure washer worked like it was supposed to, there would be no need for a return at all.

This store has AWFUL customer service. From long curbside wait for pick ups to missing items in orders to employees who throw things into vehicles. This store is lacking. Management has zero accountability and it seems no one cares. I’d rather spend my money at Home Depot. Just not worth the headaches.
