Twice I was treated rudely. The first visit he refused to sell me a lamp shade without the lamp. Today I had measurements and knew exactly what I needed. He snubbed me and walked away to help another customer.

Wonderful customer service! I brought in three lamps today with bad switches, and the owner fixed them on the spot...about 15 minutes. So happy to see a murfreesboro small business give such great service!

I stopped in just to ask a question and browse, but ended up finding a hidden gem! I didnt purchase anything, but I will for sure be coming back once I can! Such a wide variety of interesting and unique lamps. If you need a lamp id come here! owner was super friendly as well!

5 stars is not enough for Bill and his excellent customer service here at The Lamp Gallery. As a collector of antique lamps, Bill has repaired all of mine and picked out the perfect shades and finials each and every time. I live in Upstate NY but bring my new antique purchases with me every so often when I visit family in Middle TN. Bill always finds time to work in a repair or update around my travel timeframe. You will not be disappointed in the service or selection here. If you are looking for anything related to lamps, take the time and come here as you will not regret it. Many thanks to Bill for taking wonderful care of my precious lamps.

I have two odd shaped lamps. Tried shades from Walmart and Lowes and not only were they the wrong size but looked terrible! The owner of Lamp Gallery took his time, trying three different shaped shades on the lamp. The third one was perfect, it even looks better than the original! I plan on bringing my other lamps in for a new look. Highly recommended this business!

Very helpful and knowledgeable in repairing antique lamps. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop if service is what you are looking for. Expect a somewhat longer lead time, but not too bad.
