I purchased a gift for my husband for our anniversary and rather last minute had the idea to engrave it with roman numerals.
L&K was completely slammed but was able to get this back to me in such a fast turn around that I was able to gift it to my husband in time for our anniversary.

I was referred here by another local engraving shop, B&B Awards and Engraving. I was referred because I had a Yeti tumbler that I wanted engraved for a Father's Day gift and B&B unfortunately did not have the capability to engrave a mug or tumbler. The woman that took my order at L&K was very nice and assured me that my order would be complete before Father's Day. Not only was my order not complete on Father's Day, it wasn't complete the week after either! I had to call the shop twice to follow up. Why didn't they call me when they knew the order would be late to let me know? I paid $27 for 12 letters by the end of it and the gentleman behind the counter had nothing to say about it being late, nor did he care. I guess I won't care to bring anymore business either.
