Almost no register open except self checkout. Store very clean. Ask an employee where is the ketchup? He said ketchup aisle. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot

Groceries were just delivered to my home. All cold items in a bag together, including Eggs. I picked the bag up off my front porch, while the driver was still in front of the house, and the handle broke on the bag. Of course items were damaged. Also, raw chicken was in the same bag as fresh produce. Some items were refunded by customer service. I also asked if items could be redelivered or at minimum gathered for me to do a pickup and the answer was no. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Was the shopper and the driver having a bad day?

Milk is commonly spoiled, from what we've experienced. Last 2 gallons have been extremely spoiled well before expiration. It's likely just not being taken care of properly, so we will simply receive milk elsewhere. It's a grocery store that has necessities, and the employees have common courtesy. Food is stocked. No other complaint aside from the oddly spoiled milk that could make people sick.

This is one of the nicest krogers I've ever seen and as a life long kroger fan, I'm sad to say that I can't wait for the Publix to open down the street.Kroger just keeps showing me that they don't want me here. I'm a late night shopper and understand that they close now. But I'm also an adult and don't need to be reminded every 3 minutes that you close at 10. And it's not even polite. At 940 I'm ordered to bring my cart to the front if it's a big cart. And when I get there and ask for a cashier, I'm rudely told this is why they said to come up. I did come up when they said and there's no cashier. You have to go through the self checkout anytime after 940 apparently. But to hear at 945, 948, 950 and all the other times to come to the front because we're closing is way too annoying They could even automate the message to play every 15 minutes with a pleasant reminder and it wouldn't be as bad. It's really disappointing to be treated this way. And I know this has to be a corporate policy because I just moved from Nashville and they did it there as well. I've never been a fan of Publix having grown up in middle Tennessee and formerly working for kroger. But they're seriously turning me into a Publix fan.I can only hope that someone in corporate or someone able to enact policy changes will see this and reevaluate their strategy.1-29-2024 update: I was running in for a couple of things and was yelled at from the other end of an aisle by an employee that they were closing in a few minutes and I needed to go to the front. I cannot wait for Publix.

Really appreciative of the young man who went out of way, while stacking the eggs, to get the eggs I needed cause they weren't stocked.

I went to this Kroger location because I couldn't find the chocolate brand that I was looking at Publix and at Kroger on Franklin rd.As soon as the cashier gave me a receipt, I noticed that I've been charged $2 more. Cashier said she couldn't do anything and told me to check with the girl at self checkout. And this girl tells me the same thing: that customer service is closed today (6:42 pm) and she can't do anything. Or I could come back the next day when the customer service is open.I couldn't believe and asked her again if there was anything that could be done today. She told me to check with a different girl at another self check out and to ask her to page a manager. So I went to that girl and told her what I had been told, she said she was not going to call a manager for this and that I could come back tomorrow.Seriously? For $2 drive there?Every time I got Kroger Ilove Publix more,That's why I gladly pay more for the same brand items at the Publix and other retailers because I don't want to be treated like that...Maybe because I wasn't white???Just stay away from that place

Kroger is screwing everyone over in produce! Simple Truth was bought out by Bill Gates! His genetically altered apples and vegetables! Gates also bought out Bragg Apple cider vinegar! We are at war and KROGER are sell outs.If you're going to buy produce make sure it starts with the number 9!!!!! 9 means its the real organic. Everything else will fill you full of cancer and you will die off quicker. Nothing is what it seems. Kroger is basically Walmart now.

Check prices before checking out. Prices on shelves don’t always match what the register rings up.

I like this Kroger location...Its nice and clean and definitely newer then the other locations in the area. The other kroger locations are just old and disgusting. I will travel the extra mile to this location. The employees are very friendly and helpful when I need to find something. I mainly shop Kroger via grocery pick up and the people that bring my groceries out are always happy and friendly. I highly recommend this location. The only downfall is that their grocery pick up is only as early as 8AM and I usually prefer to pick up my groceries around 7am.

I wanted to leave a little warning about this place. I have ADHD and don't pay attention to stuff as closely as I probably should, so I wasn't paying attention to the individual price of the ground beef. It had a huge sign that said $3.99, so I trusted the sign was correct and bought one. The actual price was $15. Maybe this was just a one time thing, but I wanted to get this warning out there just in case. The store itself has a decent selection of food and is laid out in a way that makes sense. Just double check the price of the food before you pay and walk out.

Very convenient and close by, never disappointed. The Starbucks inside is very nice and they occasionally have the guy outside the Kroger grilling meat right on the grill!

Store is amazing but the customer service is awful. It’s tough to maneuver when you have to circumvent workers in the middle of the aisles shopping for people who are waiting in their cars. Even with a small cart it’s tough because most sit directly in the center of the aisle with huge carts creating jams. I also love waiting at self checkout for assistance while I watch someone playing on their phone instead checking my ID. I come to this location almost daily and it gets worse every time. I live right around the corner from another Kroger but come to this one because it used to have great customer service and employees that were decent at pretending they wanted to be there.
