The last time I waited two hours past my pick up window for my grocery order and told the manager I wouldn’t use that service again. He asked me to please give them another try, which I did today. Once again, they are delayed and have pushed back my time slot. When I called I was told I couldn’t cancel my order because it was already pulled. If that’s the case, then why is there a full hour delay?? Also, telling the customer that Friday is busy and not to order groceries on Friday is absurd. Do not show multiple open slots for pick up on a Friday if you can’t fulfill those orders. Will not use pick up again.

The store always has what I need, but do not use pick up or delivery. Every single time my pick up time gets extended and delivery gets pushed out. I’m choosing a time for reason. If there is no staff to complete the jobs then maybe not offer that service.

Ordered 4 tomatoes received 17 because they were on the vine so they gave me 4 vines and each tomato was individually labeled. Really? Where is common sense? Ridiculous!

Carmen was rude and didn't let me use my points after I told her twice .. she scanned the card and it didn't adjust then she shewed me off and told me to go to kaylee... Kaylee didn't want to help either... find another job if u don't like the one u got

Grossed out that they have no kosher section. They have a mexican, Latin American, and Asian section. Most grocers offer a kosher section as well. The cashier Marie was unpleasant and refused to bag our groceries.

They're going down hill.... parking lot is cruddy.... the store has an unclean look.... and I stopped in on a Friday and there was a line at self checkout probably 20 people long and no other checkout available.... I pushed my stuff to the side and walked out... Kroger didn't used to be that way....I don't know what happened ...Today I went to Publix and it was like a different world.... clean parking lot... looked nice inside.... prices a little more but it is worth it....even the people that worked there looked good...no more Kroger for me. This was not the one on Memorial.... but does it really matter?

Decent quality. However, on at least five occasions, the price charged at checkout is higher than the advertised price listed in ads or on the products. This is an ongoing problem. Tomatoes listed for 1.99 are rung out at over 3 dollars. I have complained about this, and employees told me I had to come back next day when the manager is back.

Kroger has pulled all equipment out of the meat department. They can not cut meat, tenderize meat or anything else in the meat department. Employee told me everything comes in prepackaged. The people in the meat department is only there for stocking the meat cases. They have now lost my business forever.
