Abdul the pharmacy manager. Was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He didn't have my son's prescription pills. Followed by He can't fill it because it two days early. If my doctor knew that why would he send it? I have filled his prescription there numerous times, while he still had 2 or 3 pills left. I literally set a reminder so i dont forget when he is low. No problem. Now its a issue and he wants to be rude about it. It's not for me it's for my 10 year old son. I would at least gave some options or tried to help. He just wanted to get off the phone screw the kid. I will not be going back.

Everything was good until I had an issue with a prescription. I normally use SingleCare to get my meds and kroger just screwed up (the supervisor there could actually fix it but he refused). I changed my prescription to another pharmacy and even my groceries shopping I will take somewhere else. I don't like to be mistreated so they lost my business 100%.

I will be switching my pharmacy. I had a prescription called in on Friday, gave them a few days to fill it, wasn’t too worried. Waited on a call, Tuesday i showed up to pick it up because I hadn’t received a call and was told they will have it ready at 2 the next day. Not acceptable

This location always short staffed. The drive thru is always closed no matter what day. There isn’t a convenient entrance to get to the actual pharmacy. It takes several days to get an in stock script filled. I’ve also had the staff update my number 8 times, yes 8 times, and it is still incorrect in the system so I do not get notifications when my prescriptions are ready.

I called to get a price for my baby's antibiotics - not only was it free, but the cashier agreed to stay long enough for me to get there since they were scheduled to close 4 mins after she answered my call! She was waiting at the door for me and she had the cashier and the pharmacist waiting for me with his meds in hand!

My son's medicines were called in at 10a.m. I arrived at 230 to pick up. They told me they were working on them come back in 30 mins. I came back 30 minutes later and again , "We are working on them ...." . I take my son to baseball practice wait , come back at 520 , 1st drive thru experience," We are still working on them ...". I said I have been here three times and that's what I keep getting told.. they then tell me wait and if anyone is behind you pull around . I do this . 548 back at the drive through window, that is when I am told " Well we don't have one medication , the antibiotics , in stock but we have the steroid..." . I said fine please that will work for now. It's 610 and still waiting ... 2 people have driven off and this is ridiculous. I had my son's antibiotics transferred while sitting at the drive thru line .

I went to this Kroger Pharmacy to get my COVID-19 vaccine. Dr. Groff, Kroger’s pharmacist administered my vaccine and was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain the potential side effects of the vaccine and thoroughly monitored me after administration. He answered any questions I had and alleviated my anxiety surrounding the vaccine. He provided great care and shows passion for his clients. I recommend this pharmacy along with vaccine care as well. Thank you!!

Two stars for the Old Fort Pharmacy’s management. The employees work hard and do their very best. However, the staffing numbers and turnover is terrible leading to long delays in filling critical medications. It’s always understaffed since it’s too stressful for the few folks filling prescriptions and waiting on customers. My wife just waited FIVE days to have her medications filled. They were NOT on back order. We called three days in a roll and we’re told they would be ready today, but we’re not. The area pharmacy management team is doing an UNACCEPTABLE job providing enough pharmacists and technicians. Phone calls go to the machine and are not returned. Additionally, the closest door leading to the pharmacy is now closed to the public making “sick or disabled” customers navigate through the entire store to pick up prescriptions. I wonder how many germs or viruses are being spread. Don’t even try to use the outside drive through as it will take 20 to 30 minutes to be served. I hear people in line constantly complaining every visit. This store is broken in so many ways. Just go to Publix or the Walmart Neighborhood pharmacies and compare the difference.

I havent had problems in the past, but after a recent hospital stay I had been prescribed new medication, called to ask for a temporary ration before I could get another full refill, nobody ever got with me despite leaving messages.I eventually got the full refill sent in, they told me to come in the next morning to pick them up, only to tell me that my medicine wouldn't be ready until late in the evening. They finally filled my medication only to tell me after 3 days of being off of it, that they were not able to refill one of my medications. Considering the heavy risk involved with me being off of my medicine, this has brought a good deal of distress to me.I am not insensitive to the work involved with Healthcare these days, but I feel as though the blatant disregard in this situation has put me in a difficult place. I would be cautious of filling your medicines here.

I like my neighborhood Kroger. They have a great selection of items and I love the olive bar with different veggies, salads, etc. Today however, I wanted shrimp cocktail, so I came in and grabbed a pre-made container that hit the spot

The drive up for pharmacy is closed. WHAT??? So potential sick or injured people have to go traipsing through the store from the entrance farthest away because they still have the entrance close to pharmacy closed. Very poor customer service.

I am a veteran and stopped by the pharmacy to see if they could fill a prescription. No one was at the drop-off window but two pharmacists were at their desks some 5-6 feet away from the window which they could clearly see. Both attendants ignored me while attending to their computer screens. I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone addressing me. Then I asked if I was at the right window, loud enough for them to hear me. Neither one acknowledged me. I had to raise my voice again for service for one of them to come to me. Customer service is acknowledgement of a customer, at the very least. I can understand that they might be busy but at least let me know that you know that I am there and that you will attend to me shortly. Terrible service.

The pharmacist was so patient with my kids in giving them their COVID vaccine. It definitely helps a parent when they go solo with their kids to get scary shots.
