the workers there are rude.. there was a family in front of me checking out.. and everything was fine.. the person bagging their groceries was doing what they were suppose to do.. when it was my turn.. the bagger go distracted by another cashier and started eating a cinnamon bun and walked off.. the cashier helped bagged a little bit.. but then went to cash the next costumer out.. i look to my side and there was the girl that was suppose to bag my groceries just standing there.. i can understand if i was at walmart.. but i wasn't.. from now on i'm just gonna go to walmart.. why pay more at kroger for the same service..

I have been going to this pharmacy since I moved here in 2020, but my parents have been going here since they opened. (They’ve lived here for 30 years.) I have always had the best service from the pharmacists here, as well as their support staff. I think they handle a lot of customers with grace and accuracy. Also go here for flu and Covid vaccines. Unfortunately Kroger and Cigna have a dispute now and I will have to find a new pharmacy. I’m completely distraught.

This is one of two of my favorite Kroger locations in the Boro. I used to live close to this one and it feels like home every time I come in here. It also has some specialty Items I haven't seen at many of the other locations

Incredibly rude girl at the window, and the pharmacist was just as bad. She must be providing the training there. Going to Publix Pharmacy; Kroger at north murfreesboro store can’t get my prescriptions correct.

Worst customer service. I went to pharmacy at 10 AM for medicine pick up. Pharmacy Tech said that prescription is not ready so come back in 1 hour. So I came back after two hours and pharmacy Tech said that they have not received the prescription so you need to contact your clinic. Then i called my clinic they transfer prescription electronically one more time. Then I came back to Pharmacy at 12:30 PM and ask for medicine. They said it will be ready in 30 min so please come back at 1 PM. I came back at 12:55 and they close the store for lunch 5 min before time.(Lunch time is 1 PM to 1:30 PM).Those guys should take cate the patient. But they game me hard time a lot. This is the worst Pharmacy store i have ever seen in my life.

If you need medication this isn't the place to get it. I mean once you actually receive it, everything is fine but actually GETTING it has been an issue. The pharmacy has been closed several time when I've needed it, including the past two times which was what caused this review. I arrived to pick up my prescriptions, at 7:05pm, and once again shuttered. It's unacceptable. I will be changing pharmacies. I'd already changed supermarkets due to the abundantly rude staff. I will say they almost always had everything I needed in stock but so do a lot of other places. I work hard for my money and would routinely receive mild annoyance at best and serious rudeness at worst when spending it here. No more. Goodbye Kroger on Memorial.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru yesterday, Thursday October 21, 2021 at around 3:30pm. The girl working the drive up asked for my name and date of birth. I gave her that information and told her I had 3 prescriptions to pick up. She looked in the computer and told me there were only 2. I told her I called in 3 the day before and that I received a text message saying all 3 prescriptions were ready for pick up. We went back and forth and finally I just told her to give me the 2 that were there and ready. She told me there would be no charge for the other 2. I found that funny because I always pay a certain amount for my prescriptions but by this time I was frustrated because she was rude about the whole situation and would not listen to what I was saying. As I drove away I looked at the bag containing the 2 prescriptions and realized that she GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE’S MEDICINE! I immediately parked and went in to speak with someone else. I talked to another person and explained the situation and how the girl at the window would not listen to what I was saying about what prescriptions I was picking up and just rushed me along. Obviously she did not listen when I gave my name and DOB. I let one of the head pharmacists know what had happened and told him she really needs to be talked to about what just happened. The lady at the register got my information correct and I got my 3 prescriptions. Usually Kroger Pharmacy is very good and accurate but I feel as if they have dropped the ball as this is the second time this has happened to me personally. Maybe they should check people’s driver’s licenses to make sure the person at the drive thru or even the person inside at the register are getting the names correct before pulling the right prescriptions for the person they are helping. This definitely could help to avoid this from happening in the future.
