This Kroger is actually closer to my house, but I refuse to go there. I instead only go to the location on Memorial. The Georgetown Kroger is successfully staffed with folks who are rude and make no effort to hide their great disdain for their job there. The deli staff is probably the worst. Had a woman actually roll her eyes and sigh heavily when she saw she had customers. I have complained about the awful employee attitudes to management several times. Nothing has changed. Amazing, but true.

Had to go to this sorry place 3 times just to be called a liar and denied service for getting upset for being called a liar by the pharmacist. They could not run my insurance right so i had to come back a total of 3 times and finally got it right and had every kind of excuse for their incompetence. I tried to explain something to the person on the register when the pharmacist interrupted and said that is not true which insinuates i am not telling the truth. I told her she will not call me a liar afterwards she tried to talk over me and denied me service for confronting her professionalism.

Nice people but so slow. So many times I've had to wait from 2 to 4 days past when I was told by someone in the pharmacy "it'll be ready for you by tomorrow". I go back and still not ready. If they weren't so close to home and on my way home from work I'd have gone somewhere else years ago

The Kroger on Northfield and Broad Street is where I get all my prescriptions at, the staff is wonderful I just love Ms. Jane she's the best always ask how I'm doing if I need anything, and explain everything I get to me in words I understand. I really appreciate all of them.

The staff is consistently one of the rudest I have encountered at a pharmacy. Always act like you are bothering them when trying to refill prescriptions or ask questions.

This place really helped me out in a tight spot. My normal pharmacy didn’t have the medicine in stock and failed to tell me until I called them the day it was supposed to be delivered.I was able to transfer my kids prescription to this pharmacy and have it filled same day- and pick it up all within an hour. And it was at 6:00 pm. You saved this mama lots of stress, thank you!

Love love love this place!! Hailey in the pharmacy ALWAYS goes above and beyond to take care of everything we need from getting our scripts filled correctly and timely to answering any questions and is ALWAYS super friendly!!

The tech Eden was very rude to me then her actions were explained by the pharmacist so I see my business isn’t appreciated at this location so I will take my business to Walgreens…….. Thanks for not simply listening great job professionalism at its best.

I will never use this Kroger again. Did a clicklist order on Saturday, Julu 10th for a pick up the following Tuesday, July 13th. Got my confirmation email stating order was received. Come Tuesday morning my order should have been ready between 9-10, got the confirmation text saying my order was ready. About 10 minutes later get an email stating there was a delay in my order so it wouldn't be ready until 10-11. That was outside of my timeframe since I had other things to do so I picked up later in the day. Fast forward to me picking up, was never told that I had items out of stock or given the substitute for the orders. For example, CocaCola products were 4/$10. Looked at my receipt found out the Dr. Peppers I purchased were out of stock and was charged $10 for two diet Cokes. Instead of them giving me the substitute. Than I get home to start unloading groceries, find one of the bananas I ordered was completely split wide open and rotten so it didn't happen during transport. Than I noticed that the greens I ordered were marked down on clearance to .89, look at my receipt and I was charged full price. I was very disappointed with this purchase and will not be returning to this Kroger for any purchases.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since it has been at this particular location for over 30 years now. The service has become piss-poor at this location over the last few years. The pharmacy team was good until one of the ladies retired along with several leaving over the years and the service is terrible now. There is a nice young gentleman who works at this one but he is a student so he is not fulltime. He is very kind and caring. But the women there couldn't care less. I am done with them after this week as I they are still filling (over a week later) one of my daily meds I have been taking for years now. This is beyond ridiculous!!!
