I like my neighborhood Kroger. They have a great selection of items and I love the olive bar with different veggies, salads, etc. Today however, I wanted shrimp cocktail, so I came in and grabbed a pre-made container that hit the spot

The drive up for pharmacy is closed. WHAT??? So potential sick or injured people have to go traipsing through the store from the entrance farthest away because they still have the entrance close to pharmacy closed. Very poor customer service.

The manager here is extremely rude. He will walk away from you if you ask any questions regarding his employees who don't show up to work, although they are taking appointments (little clinic).

The manager experience I had at this location makes me think that Kroger as a company really doesn't care about its customers and reiterated why I always go to Publix instead. I was told that my business was not needed and if I don't like it to go elsewhere. Being in customer service myself, you never tell a customer to go to another establishment just because you can't figure out a way to help them. All I wanted was to exchange an item was sold to me expired and I had the receipt but this manager told me she is allowed to choose who she accepts returns and exchanges from. Meaning she used my appearance to decide, which is either sexist racist or who knows judgmental in some way. There's no reason for the way she acted but Kroger corporate has not shown remorse after my many complaints. Shop at Publix!!

I ordered groceries from the Old Fort Parkway Kroger store. I received half of the groceries I ordered, but was billed for all that I ordered and was charged for the delivery. Upon speaking with the customer service department at Kroger's, I was told first that I should contact their delivery outfit and notify them of the problem, as Kroger "has nothing to do with that". Unable to reach the delivery company, I called Kroger's again and was dared to call the Murfreesboro police, "if you're not happy".

I love Kroger for the fact that Nathaniel and Barry bagged my groceries. Mind you..I spent over 200.00 there and Barry asked if I needed help BUT.. He stated it's all on the cart so ... I said would you let your mother walk out with a buggy full at night. Barry studdard not wanting to...But Nathaniel stepped to the plate and helped me load my groceries...That was the best customer service I've had in a long time. Barry should take some customer service classes.

Made an order a week ago. Got an email it was ready pulled up into the slot and a store employee was loading a car next to us. Come to find out he did not even ask who the person was to make sure it was the right person. So come to find out he loaded are order into another car. It took took talking to the manager of the store then a email to corporate no refund it took a BBB complaint to get my refund that took 6 weeks! I will never order from Kroger again!

Poorly managed. The male baggers and checkers are always talking badly about other workers or customers. This Kroger location is always out of stock on some of the most basic items. It's like they only stock the shelves once per day and after hours so by the time I can go after work everything is already sold out. Especially for fruits and meats. This is the closest grocery store to my houuse and less expensive than the closest competitors which is why it's my store of choice. But I'm not sure the convenience is worth settling for limited options and poor service.

By far the worst managed Kroger's in Murfreesboro! Never enough lanes open and there will be employees just standing around (along with people in charge) and they do nothing to make situation better. The pick-up service is great, but if you have to go into store, get ready for waiting and horrible service

My favorite grocery store to go to. Everything is clean and laid out easily. The staff is helpful and friendly. The meat is always fresh and overall prices are good. Plus you save on gas!!!

New chip readers at the pump didn't work with Penfed gas card. Card worked fine in store and across the street at Shell. Kroger needs to get their act together with chip reader technology.
