This location is fairly big, generally well stocked, and once you figure out the placement of things (I.e. the eggs and butter are not with the milk on the back wall but instead near the frozen foods) it's not to bad to navigate. The mean reason I'm writing this review is about Paulette in self check out. She is friendly and kind and helped when I had an issue with something not ringing up correctly. She is a gem!!

Dear Kroger - When you fuel continues to be higher to start with versus any of the stations around you - then 3 cents for being a Kroger member is useless.

I do instacart and drove all the way out here to do a order, got here at 6:40am only to be told they don't open til 7:00am now look at this hours on line, says 6:00 am so I want to thank Krogers so much for the inconvenience. I'm sure my inconvenience was a lot more than someone changing the hours on their website!

Absolutely trash! Disorganized, can't find anything. Many employees are rude. Meat department not stocked. Kroger aught tobe ashamed of this particular location! They should take note of Veterans Parkway Kroger

This is not a complaint on the staff. This is a message for corporate! This is for the people who decided to reorganize Kroger in a way that makes absolutely no sense. After a long day at work I decided to try and grab a few things from Kroger, I spent 30 minutes walking back and forth through the back isle trying to find eggs then butter. Would have forgot the butter because of its stupid a** placement. Also no one works any more so there's no staff around to help. The last time I was at a Kroger I experienced the same issue trying to find sunscreen. They decided to make a whole category of something that is already another category. It's a pain in the butt and it makes no sense.

The associate behind the glass looked filthy and greasy. I'm disgusted he touched what I purchased. His attitude was worse than his appearance. What a horrible place to go.

one of the largest Kroger's stores around...it is like a super Wal-Mart. Staff is very knowledgeable on where to find items.

Don't expect to be waited on quickly in the drive-thru. I have been sitting in line 16 minutes with only one car ahead of me.

Keep rearranging store and if makes absolutely no sense, they want you to buy their grocery so THEY can give them to the needy instead of just helping the needy themselves and now they’re charging for cash back on your purchases

It really pisses me off that they want to charge you for cash back. It's all one transaction so it cost them no ones to provide the service. They are shoving do your own check out and now want you to pay for change screw you there is a Publix closer to me. Guess it's time to change where I shop.

For at least the 5th time, I just had to return expired food to the store on S. Church...this time it was almost 2 month expired yogurt we bought today (my husband never checks dates), but not before my son ate a huge bowl of it. Also had to return cheese that was disgustingly moldy, but was just packaged yesterday by the deli, so obviously whoever cut and packaged it, did so seeing the mold. When I returned these items I was met by Manager Patton, who had a terrible attitude
