Had great customer support from a guy named Chris, very helpful and got me what I needed within a couple of minutes, still wish they would accommodate people working night shift a little better. Sorry meat department manager for getting angry about having to come back 3hours later...

They never have advertised items, can't get service at deli counter or bakery. Staff is completely lacking in courtesy and turnover is high. Don't waste your money or time.

Wow this is the worst Kroger around. The cashiers are horrible. This is the second time I have been yelled at by a cashier at this Kroger. I have a tax exempt card because I own my own business and they literally yell at me for it. Not sorry I own my own business. This place is horrible!! Marilyn was our cashier.

Boycott. Learned during plandemic this company stripped health benefits from employees who did not get vaxed! They're a conglomerate with Fred Meyer and rumor has Safeway being added to the umbrella? Or... ? Either way it's questionable to the point that monopoly is under review from US government before the acquisition of another major grocery chain (which I'll update the name later). This has been our grocery store since moving to the Boro 11 years ago. We buy most of our groceries, scripts and gas there. I haven't been happy with the declining service, fewer manned check outs and the addition of many self check outs. Today my husband came home saying you have to bag your own groceries. This is disturbing. Why in the world would they take this service away. Many seniors shop that store and will find it difficult to manage this. If you go through the manned check out you should get your purchases bagged. I shop at Aldi some and expect to bag my own there, but their prices are discounted more. I may have to drive right by that Kroger and be a Publix customer.

Got threatened at their gas station today by a man in a gray Frontier truck for taking a gas pump "he was waiting for" when he was parked and texting to the side of the station. Ran up to me as I was getting out of my car, calling me names and told me "if I was having a bad day I would of f***ed you up" and acted like he had a weapon on him. I'm a young woman alone and alot of unnecessary shootings happen in this city over d*** stuff so I want to warn everyone out there to be careful at this kroger.

The pharmacy here is the worst! Associates and pharmacists have no personality and the service is absolutely slow. EVERY TIME!!!

I went in around 4PM to buy some cheese and deli meat the associate said leave we are closed! I said it is only 4PM how are you closed the store is open till after 8PM they said I have want to go home early now leave! It would have been over a a$75.00 purchase they lost!

I usually hate complaining about poor service, but I have never been so disappointed with Kroger's pickup service. I ended waiting over 30 minutes in my vehicle after checking in. All the while watching vehicles that came after me get their orders and drive off. I called their pickup line and the woman on the phone said that they had a delay and it wouldn't be ready until an hour after the original pickup time. She claimed she called and tried to leave a message. Guess what! I had no miss call from them nor any voicemails. She never apologized for their delay either. I am absolutely done shopping from this store! What an embarrassment to the Kroger brand.
