Always love going into Kirklands, such an inviting space. Recently picked up a wreath I ordered and Mandi was so sweet and nice. I definitely recommend this location:)

I love love love Kirklands! I love all the deals and promotions that they have and will never buy anything full price from here I love that they keep this store clean and well organized. I also love the way the store smells too. Customer service can be a hit or miss. And they do not price match on their own website. I was told to order online instead. They do offer military discount!

I can’t share enough praises about my shopping experience here. My husband and I just purchased a home in the area, so we needed some final furniture and touches, and instead of going to a big box I decided to check at Kirklands first. After perusing the store I was approached by Daniel who was truly the reason for such a great experience in the store. He was extremely helpful and patient with helping me find what I needed (which was no easy feat because I was shopping for a lot!) He took the time to closely examine and show me each piece that I was taking home (many were still in boxes) and was very attentive throughout the entire process, up to the point of helping me to load my car and make sure everything was secure to get home safely. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Theresa who was equally as lovely. It was a small piece of the day but they really went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I can’t recommend this store enough!

I dont know what has happened in the past year but this store has gone down hill fast. I don't know if there's a new manager or what. I will not be shopping at the murfreesboro location ever again.

Prices were a little high compared to other places. If you find something you like, I would suggest googling the item and purchasing for cheaper somewhere else

Absolutely terrible, 4 hrs to unload, only 650 packages, most kirklands would have taken maybe 1.5 hrs, left my trailer a mess, no reason to do people this way
