I definitely see why this place has such a low rating. I went there yesterday with my husband to purchase updated anniversary rings. The lady standing there a Caucasian, with blonde hair tried to pretend as though she was working to avoid eye contact so I walked away and went to another young lady standing there who wasn’t pleasant either, although she did speak to me she was short. I wonder if they do get commissions I told my husband little did they both know we had thousands ready to spend. nevertheless, we were happily greeted at Zales where we made our purchases footnote to those employees at Kay jewelers stop judging people by how they look and if you hate your job, then just quit. Respectfully Mrs.Scott.

The Murfreesboro Kay's has the best staff bar none. I have shopped with Kays for many years and this is without a doubt a smooth customer service staff serving the customers. Thank you.

I will not be ever going back there agin after way I was tried the ladie that help me was so nasty and rude like if I wasn't spend a lot of money I was nothing and I came to clean my rings and she just put in water and pulled them out and wiped them down with her shrit which was not the right way to do it I had to go to another kay store to get my stuff the clean right way and i went to the kay in smyrna and someone told me she did not clean my rings and I will be for now on going to buy my jewelry from the Kay's in smyrna now on

We had the absolute best experience with Ashley at the medical center location. My husband and I were on the hunt for a set of pearls for our daughters graduation. We thought they closed at 9 but in reality it was 8. Ashley was so sweet, let us in and sold us a beautiful set with matching earrings! She saved the day and this mommas heart! We’re forever grateful. Customer service from her a 10+. ?

Came through the door got told they will help us shortly and No help sat there for about 30mins to 35mins no one came over said nothing more to me like sorry but we haven't forgotten that your here will be you as soon as possible so me and my friends left the store won't be back. I hate putting this out there because I truly don't know what's in everyone's hearts but but I had already in my mind that I wasn't going to get the help I needed because of my skin color. Some day i wish people could see the other side of things

Went with my mom to pick out a ring. The employee who waited on us was super kind and professional. No pushy or fake salesman attitude to deal with. Found a beautiful, affordable ring and got so much more than I ever expected.

Got a pair of earrings for a gift on April 2. I literally took them back to have the clasps fixed they kept opening within 5 days. I had the same issue and took them back again today. They couldn’t find anything in the system and didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Then told me, I had to pay to have them sent off. They don’t care, they have zero customer service. You purchase 300 dollar earrings, and weather they make them correctly or not it’s on you to pay to have them fixed. They don’t apologize that something I should be able to enjoy is something I can’t even wear! I would rather never own another piece of jewelry again then ever step foot in Kay’s again.

I found a ring that I love, and I'm not gonna lie, I was super picky. The lady who helped us was so patient and understanding, so I never felt rushed or pressured into picking anything I would have regretted. She was so careful to stay in our price range. We went through almost the whole counter, since I really wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. However, I never became frustrated, because she was so innovative with aspects I had liked of other rings, that we eventually found a setting that was perfect. They were also busy, but I still got the quality time as if I was the only one in the room. I came out with a smile, and a ring I'm going to be happy with the rest of my life.

My husband and I purchased a ring from here, Faith was wonderful! Patient and spent a lot of time with me, Joe and Jeanna kept my husband entertained (lol). Kylie was helpful and very knowledgeable. Just a fabulous experience will always return to this store, even though it is 2 hrs away from home!!

This is the WORST service I have ever received!!!!! I was told my ring was going to be over nighted to me and it would be here by today now I’m being told it will be here next week. I want my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.
