Joann as a company has to do better. You are setting this store up for failure. It is obvious because one day the store is full of help the next it is a skeleton crew. I know coming from that very retail environment it starts from the top. This is obviously bonus time and your focus is on your money. This is sad! The store can only do what is allowed. There are boxes everywhere because they don't have help and lines down the isles. If the internet says its in the store it should not be in a box in the back because it can't be put out. You will continue to loose staff at that rate. For what you pay I am not sure why they stay. Do better Corp!! I have been a life long Joann customer. I have watched the turnover. This is sad

very small holiday selections. Also they never have new designs and there is only a women's bathroom so if i'm with my mom or girlfriend how am i supposed to use the bathroom? Go to another store i would honestly prefer hobby lobby over this place and everyone know hobby lobby is expensive

Ordered an online order at 12:00 PM and drove 45 minutes to the store at 5:00 PM and the order wasn't ready. Not only that, they had us stand around for 35 minutes to "look" for the yarn and never found it and left us for another 10 minutes before we went back up to the desk to be told "oh, no one found you, we canceled the order because we couldn't find it" Corbin was great, super friendly, and helpful. Go Corbin. Management should be ashamed of whoever they've hired to work in the back to fulfill those orders.

The guy working the cutting counter was awesome. He was very personable & helpful in estimating how much fabric I'd need for a project. He deserves a 10/10.Everything else about this place has gone downhill. Joann use to be the best place to go for crafts & fabric, now it's just disappointing.

Customer service at this location is terrible. There are 2 associates in particular that are beyond rude. They have been rude to me (which is whatever) more importantly to my Wife & Daughter. One cashier in particular interrupts you constantly and won't even entertain your question. Heaven forbid you have a coupon. Regrettably, I have bought my girls 3 sewing machines and spent a few thousand dollars there since we moved into the area 2 years ago. I prefer to support brick and mortar stores but I will no longer shop here.

Cashier had pretty unicorn hair and was so sweet. The store was clean and looks like they were in the process of restocking. Will definitely go back!

Great selection. Huge number of items to choose from! We found everything we needed . Staff was not friendly but they were helpful.

Usually the service is good, but Sunday, two weeks ago, the store was a huge mess, only two employees working, I waited about 15 minutes to have fabric cut, stood in the checkout for about another 15 minutes, and the checkout clerk had trouble making change. Seems the store manager is having issues with employees.
