The parents left the business in a child's hand. She is rude unwilling to help do anything to help and tends to be snappy when you call. She will also only respond with call whoever your insurance is.

Jenna was so incredibly helpful! I have not used an agent since I moved to TN. Upon having to reach out to one, I was a little bummed, but I'm so glad I did! She is was patient, thorough, and still helping me update my several other policies as well! I've recommended them to several other people I know.

I've been with I.B. of A. for many years now. Their customer service is always prompt and excellent. I recommend anyone to use them for insurance. They will handle everything for you if you need to file a claim. They will also shop many companies to get you the best coverage at the best price.If you use them, tell them I sent you. :)

I have had so many issues with this company, they have made the insurance process even more of a nightmare than it usually is. Amy Prince is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in a business setting. She yelled at me, told me I was wrong, refused to listen to me, and hung up on me. I was quoted one specific price down to the cent and was told I would receive an email with the details. I never received the details via email and a much higher amount was taken from my bank account. This is not the first time we have had this issue either. This has happened on multiple occasions where our direct debit is a different amount than it should be and no documentation can be provided as to why. I feel that there is some sort of fraud going on with this business.

Have been happy with these guys for 8+ years. They've always been responsive and were helpful dealing with the adjuster during my homeowners claim. A+

I saw a lot of bad reviews and figured I would leave a good one. I have been a customer of Insurance Brokers of America for the past 7 years. They have always been able to find me savings each year on home and auto insurance and have always provided great customer service and follow up.
