Went to H&R Block at Jackson Heights in Murfreesboro. Had an appointment at noon. Waited for 30 minutes and not even recognize… Very poor service… Will not be back

Upfront pricing. Professional staff. They don't rush through your taxes and everything is explained throughout the preparation. I've never had a negative experience working with H&R Block. Been a customer for over 10 years.
