Nice rooms. Great service from the front desk. Nice, quiet, and secluded. The rooms were pretty nice. Not the biggest, but nice and clean.
Walkability: Lots to walk to. No crosswalks unfortunately at this time for the most part.

COCKROACH!! Found alive fully grown cockroach in the bathroom during the day after checking in. I caught the bug and placed it in a cup to show the hotel. Desk attendant came to the room to examine the bug and placed me in a different room with the promise of giving me Hilton Honors Points to make things right. Well they never made things right and I never received anything to make things right. The didn’t get good sleep during my stay due to the fact I tried sleeping with all of the lights on with the fear of cockroaches coming out at night and having them in the room. I travel for work and have been loyal to the Hilton chain and have never experienced anything like this. It was my first time ever even seeing a cockroach in real life. With this experience I now have a lack of trust with the Hilton chain and what they stand behind. BECAREFUL AND AWARE COCKROACHES ARE AT THIS HOTEL.

A phenomenal stay in Murfreesboro thanks to the hard-working and accommodating staff who made sure each guest was treated with care and respect. And a special shout-out to Lefunzo Wright who went above and beyond each day in delivering world-class hospitality. Dude lives in a 5 out of 5 stars world.

This location worked well. I’m a frequent business traveler and really like the home 2 set up. A lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the morning is provided and doesn’t disappoint. Really fun atmosphere thru the whole hotel. Gym can get a bit tight with more than 4 people. Other than that, a great spot.

I had a 4 reservations at this property and had to cancel them due to scheduling. I canceled 2 days before arriving and have the cancelation emails to prove it. I called the property where I encounter Nicole. I was told by the manager that their night auditor had me as a no show. When I explained that I had emails to prove cancelation, she told me that the night auditor had me as a now show and that I would need to prove I canceled. I gave her the cancelation confirmation number and she continued to place the burden of proof back on me. She was rude and told me that I would need to contact whoever I canceled with and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for the general managr and was on hold for 10 minutes. What a lack of customer service! This hotel isn't owned by Hilton but is a franchise that includes the Murfreesboro Hilton Garden and TRU. By now means USE THEM unless you want to be treated rudely. These rooms were cooperate by a major university. I will not use any of the properties owned by this group. They are a poor reflection of Hilton. For the record, I called Hilton directly and they confirmed my cancelation and have escalated a claim against the hotel to resolve the billing issue within 48 hours.

What a great stay. Best hotel experience in as long as we can remember. The staff were all very friendly, special thank you to Necole and Candy. The check in texts were a nice touch. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Nice location. And the room cleaned and replenished with towels during the day, which doesn’t seem common anymore. Breakfast was very good! Love the availability of extra goods in the lobby if needed. They really seem to think of everything here to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Thank you for everything.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, very clean and updated. The lobby has games and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast was very fresh and enjoyable each morning. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

We had a great stay while on our little getaway! This Home2Suites by Hilton shares the same building as TRU by Hilton. There are two different entrances and lobbies but during our stay we were directed to check in and use the TRU entrance and lobby. Breakfast was also served in the TRU lobby. Our room was modern and clean. It came with everything you'd need for an extended stay. We only stayed a couple nights so we didn't get a full experience but whenever we did need something we had it ready. I lovedd the little kitchenette and almost full sized fridge!Bed was comfy. Breakfast was def filling. There were issues with the pancake maker both mornings we were there but there was also the option of waffles! Breakfast options were one of the bests I've seen for a complimentary breakfast and kept filled. Coffee was also plenty with tea as an option. I loved how the staff was also courteous and kind. They didn't "look" like they hated their job which always help the vibe. Can't think of anything but good things to say about our stay. Def will consider Home2Suites again on future visits.

The shower and soaps are fantastic. The bed is comfortable. Hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great and had a wide variety.

Good breakfast choices each morning. My biggest detractor was that with no carpeting in the rooms, you heard the neighbors walking, especially if they were heavy walkers.Noteworthy details: Tru and Home2suites are combined at this location. But are booked under different systems.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, cool games in the lobby. We had an issue on check in that the staff went above and beyond to help resolve.
