Worst car rental that I’ve ever experienced. Got there it was store choice, ok that’s fine. I was placed in an electric car. I have never driven one; therefore, I didn’t know how to operate it. I was given a crash course on how to operate it. I didn’t know how to lock the doors nor use the charging station. Was charged $35 for charging and originally over charged for the rental despite the online quote, but later was changed. For a just car rental go to Enterprise, they have always been good to me, at that time they were out of cars.

Man in the office was kind and professional and did what he could to find us a car last minute, Easter weekend. I just didn't want to go to the airport. Unfortunately the vehicle is dirty. But it was the only thing they had.

Going the distance!We were blessed to have met Chris and his professional and caring manner in handling customers.We were challenged with honoring reservations from reps with other rental car companies (and at Hertz), but Chris made the extra effort to get us on the road in an affordable manner.Thanks Chris and Hertz for embodiment of "Southern Charm" and hospitality in Tennessee!

If I could give them zero I would do it! We had a reservation set for over a month. On the day we were supposed to be picking up the car at 9am we get a call that it won’t be available until 11. Okay fine no big deal. We show up at 11 and they tell us they don’t have a car for us and that they can’t help us! The “customer service” people were condescending and rude. Did not take the situation seriously did not offer to compensate for lost time, travel or expenses, and basically just shrugged their shoulders and said oh well I would never rent from this place ever if you have any other option..

Awful experience. I was overcharged roughly 600 dollars on a 300 dollar rental for a total of 1000 dollars, only to be told to call the 1800 because they have no control of how much or how many times you are charged. I received a car that came straight from auction, it was badly damaged, smelled, and was filthy.

Terrible customer service. The day before my trip they called to cancel my reservations because they didn’t have a van. They offered no solutions and I was left scrambling trying to find another van on my own. So much for being a gold star member. I highly recommend using a different company that will honor their reservations.

Nightmare of bad service. Keep searching elsewhere. You will arrive and no car will be reserved for you to use. I reserved a one way rental for pickup at the Broad st Hertz location in Murfreesboro, TN to go to another city through the website. After searching online for an hour for the local employee phone number I called the Broad street location to be sure they would have a car for a one way use trip to avoid driving there only to be turned away if no car was truly being reserved for me. Jace said they would NOT have a car for me and eagerly offered me a toll free number to call. So I am still searching. You only get a call center in Indonesia.

The current 2.8 review rating is about accurate. Rented a 2020 Nissan Rogue w/ 50k miles to drive to FL because of the 33 mpg highway rating. Only got 25-27 mpg, smelled pretty bad, had a burned out tail light, flip out key fob was broke, and had grease running down the outside in a couple spots when I picked it up. The girl at the counter was less than professional on pickup and return, but her co-worker got me straightened out on return...thanks buddy :) Overall, the $50 I saved on Priceline wasn't worth it to me. Will look elsewhere for my next rental. Hope this helps!

Hertz picked me up after I dropped my car off to be fixed, Somehow I selected the wrong rental company. My insurance was able to switch it over to Hurtz. They were very accommodating and made sure that I had a vehicle for the amount of time needed. Professional and very friendly.

Sylvia was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had many issues with my car accident and the various insurance providers but Sylvia provided top notch service and was extremely efficient and helpful!

I recently visited a car rental agency and had an unsatisfactory experience. The staff conducted a pre-rental inspection of the vehicle without involving me in the process. Additionally, I felt pressured to sign the rental agreement without proper explanation. To my surprise, there were unexpected additional charges added to my bill at the end of the rental period. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to use their services again in the future. I encountered an issue where the car I rented was only charged to 40% battery life, and I was instructed to drive to Smyrna for recharging. Upon returning the vehicle, the agency attempted to impose additional fees for charging the car at stations, despite the fact that it was initially provided to me with only a partial charge. Moreover, the staff conducted their own documentation and photo-taking of the car without giving me an opportunity to review these records. This was a highly unsatisfactory experience.

My mother made a reservation DAYS in advance for an EV that was to be picked up at 10:00 am. She had to go to work late in order to pick up the car only for them to not even have the car available regardless of her SPECIFIC reservation for it. They couldn’t provide the vehicle we reserved, they couldn’t modify the price, and they couldn’t cancel my reservation. The only thing they were successful with was wasting our time cause they apparently can’t do anything else up in there.

DO NOT USE!!!Unfortunately, I had to use them through an insurance claim due to a wreck where someone had pulled out in front of me. This was my first time going through all of this, so I've never dealt with a rental company before. My claims adjuster made the appointment after the wreck. Went to pick the rental up and was asked if I wanted full coverage on the rental and I stated YES. They failed to tell me my insurance had already put full coverage on the rental. So now I am getting charged an additional $700 charge. I called and they gave me a number to call for the billing department. I called and CAN NOT understand a single word that was said since it was some call center which sounded like it was in another country. NOTHING THEY CAN DO SINCE THE CONTRACT WAS CLOSED. IMAGINE THAT!!!!

Had to do a pickup for a Suv to drive to Florida. I accidentally left my cc in my truck and they held off an extra 5 minutes after close so my mother could bring it. Nice people and friendly service. The SUV Pathfinder was nice and the price was great.
