“I have purchased many items from this store including a Stihl electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was about three years old and the O Ring needed to be replaced. This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed”

“We recently had water damage due to our refrigerator. Calling Farrer Bros. was the best decision we could have made. Their response time was amazing, and all of their workers were completely professional. They arrived exactly when they told us and provided a daily timeline for demolition, repairs, and restoration. I have never had such a wonderful response. David Wilson coordinated every moment and was exceptional in every way. We are very grateful for him and his team.”

“Had delivery of my 5/4 decking boards today. Chris Malone the driver was very respectful of my property and the product he was delivering. He took his time to make sure it was delivered where I wanted. And was very polite and courteous.
As for the lumber, better pricing than any box lumber store. And better quality my deck will look beautiful when finished.!”
“A very nice couple runs this storage facility. The facility is clean and well cared for. Their prices are very competitive. There are a lot of storage facilities nearby, due to the proximity of MTSU. This location is efficiently sitting away from all of the traffic on Rutherford Boulevard, making it very convenient to access. I highly recommend this place!”

“A lot of people say they have issues with other air gas stores. I've never had issues from this store. These guys are extremely professional and friendly. Even when I'm bombarding them with questions about stuff they are always friendly and very willing to help any way they can. Once I ordered and paid up front for a part for my welder, waited 3 days for the part to come in. When I got the part it ended up being the wrong part but they ordered the correct (more expensive) part at no extra charge. Can't recommend enough plus if you look at the sign in their front window it says they haven't had any accidents at this location in over 3300 days. I know I can't say the same!”

“I have patronized this location in the past with just mediocre service from the pro desk. Yesterday all that changed! Had to return an exterior door that a client had purchased, and was reluctant as my past experience dictated. However, this transaction was a whole different experience all together.
I had a true professional this time, andher name was Nancy!! Prompt, extremely courteous, and very knowledgeable are just a few attributes I would mention.
If you are dealing with the pro desk, take my advice and ask for Nancy, she is a true pro and knows her job. My advice to HD corporate?
Clone her quickly!”

“This review is for delivery specifically. I ordered several large construction items to my home through this Home Depot. While the delivery fee is $80 and I had to wait a couple weeks for the items, I was impressed by the service of the workers. First off, a few of my items were damaged and I was called to confirm if I was okay with an upgraded item. Second, the delivery man moved the large items into my backyard for me using a forklift. My husband and I assumed they would have been just dropped off in the front yard and we would have had to move them ourselves, but were so grateful that wasn't the case. The main downside was the 6 am to 8 pm window. This would require most people to take a whole day off work for a 10 minute event. Thankfully, I did receive a 20 minute heads up phone call. Hopefully this review can help you weigh the pros and cons of ordering a delivery. My husband and I would definitely order again.”
