This is the only place I can take my dogs- anywhere else the environment is too stressful and they become aggressive. My boys live and trust Haley, and they always come back beautiful and smelling great. I have a husky and a malamute, so grooming them is no easy task, but Haley takes the time to fully blow out their coats so their fur is shiny and soft.

This groomer is next door to my furry son's vet. During a recent boarding stay, I opted to have them give him a bath and a trim to clean him up and get him looking and feeling his best before winter cold set in with his long Nebelung coat.While he was recovering from his dental cleaning, they did a great job, and I'm pleased with the results. Definitely willing to go back for his summer cut in the late spring to get him comfortable for the summer heat. I'm not sure about the 6-year-old review here, but the staff was very responsive in taking my calls and took great care of him.

Happy tails grooming has always been great with my aggressive shih tzu. I recently had to make an "emergency" sanitary grooming appointment this same day. The groomers set ms up at 5pm and worked him in. They were so gentle and sweet with them that he didnt even try to bite them! I would reccomend them!

The groomer does a great job but they definitely need more help. They always seem to be booked up for weeks at a time. Always too busy to answer the phone, and rarely return calls/messages.

Excellent service. She is very knowledgeable, she took time to educate me about different products that will work best for my fur baby. I’m definitely appreciative of that.

Excellent service, great people and the best prices on grooming. I have been going to Happy Tails for several years with my two dogs and every time they look really good when they return and they have them for me in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend to anyone.

I bring both dogs (Shelties, so you can imagine the fur) and cats here to get groomed. They always do a good job, they're very compassionate with the animals, and I appreciate the price! I highly recommend this place.

They do excellent work, are conscious of the pets emotions, asking right up front when you bring in two if you want them crated together. If an accident occurs like a torn nail, they immediately bring them to Dr. Kinard to examine them, on them.
