Consistently the best mechanics I've ever had, I've been going for at least 5 years. They're a bit far for me ever since I moved, but I still make the drive just because of their honesty and work ethic. I had a mechanic at a different place a few hours away try to charge me almost $2000 for oil leaking in 3 spots, and coolant in 1 spot. I took it to Hackett that same week and they fixed everything for under $200, and it hasn't given me problems since. Nothing Hackett has repaired on my car has ever given me trouble, as opposed to other mechanics I've had to use when I'm too far. I know it's just a business, but these guys actually make me feel like they care about what they do. I have more situations they helped me out of, but I don't want to sit here and write a full paper.
(the place that tried to charge me $2000 wanted to make unnecessary repairs and swaps. It would have ultimately fixed the issues, but that's a bit overkill. Especially considering one of the leaks was simply a loose oil drain plug another place hadn't put back correctly)

Exceptional, Honest advice and service. I trust the team enough to send my children there because I TRUST their evaluation and recommendations even if the service is something I cannot afford at the time.
It’s hard to find a place that you don’t have to be concerned whether you’re being told the truth or just being used as an upsell.

My daughter's windshield washer fluid kept leaking out onto the garage floor, so we assumed she had a cracked reservoir. I called Hackett Brothers, and the man I spoke to was very friendly and got me in for an appointment quickly. I turned out to be a kinked tube that needed to be repaired, so we had the car back in less than 2 hours. When we picked it up, the person who serviced it made some time to talk to use about the repair. Thanks!

Great and honest mechanics. They are our go to for car maintenance. They are great! 10/10 would recommend. The only downside is appointments need to be made in advance as they are always busy.

Where do I begin? I will start by saying that Hackett Brothers is irrefutably the best auto service shop I have ever taken my car to! I will use them for all future services on my Cadillac. My compressor stopped functioning on my Cadillac and they provided me with an in-depth explanation of what happened and what my options were. By the next business day, the AC was back working in my car and I am very pleased. All of the employees are so pleasant and amiable. While I waited in the lobby, one of the employees made me some fresh popcorn :) I love Hackett Brothers and from now on, my husband and I will take both of our cars to them for all services!!

Hackett Brothers more like Ratchett Brothers.
Also maybe some people want to leave a review without you going all special service on them. You really put the customer first when they aren’t happy with the service they get. Man up and take in on the chin Ratchett Brothers.

I am extremely pleased with Hackett Bros. I was initially told by another shop that they could not fix the problem. Hackett came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They assessed the issue and completed the job very quickly. Their service is impeccable! I’m grateful to have a friendly reliable shop nearby that I can count on when I need honest, fair & reasonably priced service for my car. Highly recommend HACKETT BROS!

I came in naiively years ago with a list of things I thought my car needed - instead of taking the easy route of ripping me off, they looked at my car and told me what significantly fewer things I actually needed done. I've trusted them ever since. I'm moving out of state soon and I'm going to miss knowing exactly where I should take my car any time it has an issue.

I used Hackett Brothers several years ago. They were very friendly. But I had a very old car and I needed to get rid of it. I was told this needs to be done and that. So I took it to another shop and he said that I need to get rid of it. I was very dissapoonted with Hackett Brothers after that. Im using my husbands phone, so it was me, Lisa, whose car it was.
