I took a truck load of boxes of house hold good to the goodwill express drop off on new Salem and st. Andrews and was told it was to much for them, that I had to take it to the church st location. So I took it there to drop off to be told I had to separate the items into the different bins. I told the employee that they have employees in the store to do that. He said I had to do it outside, I told not happening. Asked if he wanted me to price and put on sales floor to. I will not be donating to goodwill anymore, much rather give to local shop or throw away. Goodwill expects people do do there job for them, when they are getting stuff for free and making a killing off it.Goodwill used to be reasonable but now they are ridiculous on there donations and there prices. Won’t be donating or shopping there anymore. Suggest nobody does and gives to a more local charity.

Super quick and convenient if you're anywhere near old fort and Salem/99.Very helpful with carts to help unload.

While down in the Boro yesterday, I decided to drop off some house goods items at this location. When I pulled up, I noted a donation cart sitting out front with help-yourself receipts neatly tucked in a front pocket. For a moment, I wondered if the center was open, but then I could see employees inside the moving about. I'm assuming they roll a cart out front on nice weather days for convenience. This location appears to be very well-kept as all the items I could see inside were neatly stacked.I was able to park and place the few boxes and bags I had in the bin in less than 15 seconds. Fastest, contactless donation drop-off ever.It is also easy to get in and out of this location, which is a huge plus considering traffic these days...especially in the Boro.

We are seniors and have downsized twice over the past 7 years. Each time, we end up donating a lot of nice household items and clothing. BEVERLY is ALWAYS so helpful in bringing items into the store. Beverly is the epitome of “Goodwill” and a tremendous asset to your operation. I would not go to another center. In the past, I have gone to other Murfreesboro centers and was met with indifference and NO appreciation for our donations. I don’t know Beverly or if she is a volunteer or paid, but whatever the case, she needs to be recognized for her Goodwill and positive spirit!

It really bothers me to take items I want to donate and be told we don’t take those items and see same items in the store so from now on I will take my items and my money to other thrift stores

Could the Murfreesboro Church Street location either remove the clothing size markers or PUT THE SIZES IN THE CORRECT SIZE MARKERS. So frustrating! The only Goodwill in this area that does that.

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. I am extremely disappointed today. I’ve been noticing the s church st Murfreesboro location having Jordan’s in the expensive item case.

The president of this August organization made in excess of $700,000 last year. He made it off the free stuff you and I gave the company. The help got(gets) diddly squat.

I called several weeks ago to schedule a pick up to donate my fairly new couch set. The delivery men came took one look at it and asked if I had a dog I told them yes and they said they could not take it because of that reason. I was not asked this when I made the appointment to schedule this and I held onto this couches so I could donate them. They were cleaned and ready to go but just because I have a small dog they would not except it. So incredibly frustrating and confusing.

This location is convenient, but I never know when they are open for drop-offs or when they are closed for lunch. Would be helpful if GW made this information known before driving there.
