The store is clean and well stocked but they should only put people on registers who can reason and make decisions. I had a pack of two wall art pictures that were in one box for 9.99. I guess someone tagged it twice so she had to call a manager to see if I would be charged 9.99 twice. We waited for 5. -10 minutes but no manager so we said forget it. So frustrating. She also couldn’t discern what were kids books. I love goodwill but wow!

I donate good stuff to this place all the time and went in and bought a cart full and they told me I had to buy reusable bags if I wanted my stuff bagged. So of course I am not doing that so I had to take my cart to my truck and load it in 1 by 1!! Really!! You already over price the free things you get and cant even bag our stuff. And then ole Marie at the counter got smart and said the planet is more important than thier customers? I will find a new place to donate and thrift!!

Better selection than the other goodwill. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. I will go back to shop again.

Do not recommend this store. Very poor customer relations. Long lines to check out, people working in slow motion! Dressing rooms always closed. If you buy clothing and it doesn't fit, you have to return it within 14 days or they won't take it. Even Amazon is 30 day return!

Halloween Day. Decided to shop. Needed teen boy jeans. Literally one pair. For some reason in men's. No racks for teens male jeans. Why? Cashier directly across front entrance. If Goodwill requests round it up. Give all customers a bag. Put their purchases in bags!! Yes if furniture no. But she was spaced out. If a customer has to ask. Did she scan this item. Then bag each item. I did not enjoy her service. For the two customers in front of me. The price for adult jeans 8.99. Way to high. 5.99 would be appropriated. We shop for discounts. It's all donated. Then you want to ask for round ups. Outrageous. I found one item. Won't be back.

Beware! Manager Justin resold a piece of furniture that I paid for! Incompetent management and terrible customer service! I will never shop here again.

It's okay, never found anything spectacular here and the prices are pretty bad. Goodwill as a whole in this area has just gotten worse and worse over the years, and this would definitely not be my first pick for a thrift store in the area. Probably one of the worse goodwills in the Murfreesboro area, not terrible by any means but it tends to be pretty disappointing.

I took a truck load of boxes of house hold good to the goodwill express drop off on new Salem and st. Andrews and was told it was to much for them, that I had to take it to the church st location. So I took it there to drop off to be told I had to separate the items into the different bins. I told the employee that they have employees in the store to do that. He said I had to do it outside, I told not happening. Asked if he wanted me to price and put on sales floor to. I will not be donating to goodwill anymore, much rather give to local shop or throw away. Goodwill expects people do do there job for them, when they are getting stuff for free and making a killing off it.Goodwill used to be reasonable but now they are ridiculous on there donations and there prices. Won’t be donating or shopping there anymore. Suggest nobody does and gives to a more local charity.
