I’ve never had to write a bad review until now. Every single time I go into this Goodwill, the white man with the glasses is extremely rude. A lot cashier staff are pretty rude, but he’s unbearable to be around. As a manager you should be kind and helpful, yet he's the complete opposite.

I walked in yest, apparently through the wrong door and immediately was scolded ny the older black lady and older white lady. I never went there before and now I never will again. I walked out just as fast as I walked in. Those ladies were so rude. From the outside there is nothing on the door that says do not use, use other door etc and it was open so I walked in and oh man what am impression from these two. Never in my life have I ever experienced such rudeness and im from NY. I will never donate another thing to Good Will ever thanks to these two

I’d put no stars if I could. I was visiting Murfreesboro and decided to check out this goodwill and they had a wonderful selection of clothes and a very nice store. But the EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! I had left a pink leather wallet on the counter after learning they didn’t give you bags to put your stuff in and the store was about to close and could get no answer over the phone after I left, nor the next day, so I thought to myself “well I will just go back when I am back in town surely they will have the wallet put up for me or at least make it right when I do go back.” Boy was I wrong! The manager came up to me and basically laughed at me asking for the wallet and told me “oh yea it probably got put back on the shelf.” That doesn’t make sense to me at all. It’s only been 2 weeks if that, since I initially came why would you guys not put it up? Not right. They just left me standing there looking stupid like I’m trying to come into goodwill out of all places to get a “free wallet.” To beat it all the wallet was almost 10$ like I should have just got a new one with that lol oh well. You live and learn! I have reported the incident to HO so hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else. ???

No bags anymore for purchases?!? No other Goodwill does this...no idea what this store is doing. You now have to buy a reusable bag or walk out carrying all your clothes?!? The worker didnt even say anything, at the end of the purchase I was like um do I get a bag? So bizarre, never coming here again. The employees are always super rude as well.

I was recently in the Murfreesboro area for a couple days. I took my friend's 7-year-old to this Goodwill to look around at things. We found a board game and a hat for $3!!! Great finds! The only thing I can say is that customer service needs serious improvement. There was a guy, I think Justin, who was very nice; however the older woman, I didn't catch her name, who was standing around the checkout, was very rude and is a gossip. The woman saw I was sharing a ring pop with the 7-year-old. I heard her telling a customer, "You see that guy; he's licking the same ring pop as that little girl," and she said, "Why doesn't he get her one of her own?" and she gave me some nasty looks. I guess she's never shared something. Maybe she’s a germaphobe? It's definitely inappropriate of her to comment to a customer about me.

I have to say I love the layout, organization and great finds at this location. It’s smaller than most Goodwill locations but that doesn’t takeaway from the thrifting experience at all. Most of the employees are very sweet (Shirley most positive) and helpful with the small exception of a lady named Roberta. I’m a frequent thrifter and have witnessed numerous occasions of Roberta’s difficulty with customers. Thriftiness is getting harder with inflation and this location is no different. Check out my picture below. I found new shorts with the original price tag marked down from the original store then priced higher at Goodwill. Bathrooms are usually pretty nasty. Depending on the day. Other than that, Check it out if you’re in the area.

Roberta has been our cashier the last 4 times I've been to this location and each time has been a horrid, annoying, and frustrating experience. Not only does she hate to be there but she is purposely confrontational , just begging to give us attitude. I understand goodwill is a great resource for those in need of a job, but retirement seems to be a better course of action for this employee. Maybe she would be happier.

I drop off a lot of donations at this store. The guy in the back who receives the donations NEVER helps at all. If I'm giving a store free merchandise, I at least expect someone to help me get all my donations out of the car. Years ago there was a very elderly man who would always come down and help. The guy now is just lazy and doesn't do anything.

The ladies that work here are so sweet. They always ask how my day is. They start conversations with you while shopping. My favorite is when they ask if I’d like to round up and when I do, she always says “oh you’re awesome”. Some of the best customer service from a goodwill I’ve ever seen.

Not only do they make a fortune selling donated items. When you return something with the original tags still on, receipt for purchase, and paid cash, they won't give you your money back. Store credit, who says I want to shop there again.

Only let one fitting room be open due to being understaffed which would have no bearing on the fitting rooms unless they somehow needed one person for 3 fitting rooms. Would not let people use the fitting rooms because they were closing soon. Incompetently run but most of the staff were lovely.

My negative review that I placed yesterday has been removed so I will repost it today. Yesterday I bought a piece of furniture. The manager Justin had me fill out a form since I was leaving it for pickup later in the day. He told me to present my receipt with the product tag. When I returned in a larger vehicle, he couldn't find it, and said the only thing he could do was refund my money. He, as manager, had allowed another employee to price and RESELL it! I even rounded up "to support their training efforts". What training did this "manager" get? I say NOT ENOUGH! I will never shop here again and I will continue to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience and horrible customer servive.
