Terrible service. I called and they first said my prior authorization was still needed. I informed them it was already approved. Then they said they are not a specialty pharmacy and refused to fill my approved medication. NEGATIVE STARS!!

I would give this place a minus star if there was one. I had total hip replacement the 17th of July. My nurse called in meds Wednesday 13 and just a text was sent saying my nurse sent meds. Due to me being out of town my sister was sent to get my meds before surgery. I come back into town the 16th only to find 5 of the 6 meds. My nurse had called and said that Genoa was out of 5mg of oxycodone so pharmacy had 10mg. We took 10mg because of the back order of 5mg. I arrive Monday on the day of my surgery at 8 am. No one was there. Window closed sign says return at 8am. I call and call. I wait and wait. The pharmacist and 3 other employees roll in at 813. Said nothing to me. I call again finally they open shade and ask me what I need. I said my meds that were suppose to be ready. They said they are working on it now. It took them 20 minutes to work the meds up. No sorry no nothing. I will be writing to corporate and finding a new pharmacy. Do not waste your time there.

Filled my medication at this location for two years and with no warning at all. Pharmacist in house face-to-face told me that they had decided to quit feeling any prescription not written in house. The way that I had gotten to use them in the first place was my doctor had an agreement with them to take care of her uninsured patients that had to pay cash. The New pharmacist which I have never seen before looked at me and said we don’t prescribe pain medication here. I told her that the way I had arrived there and started doing business was my doctor had an agreement and I will sent there by her. She then told me that she did not know anything about that sorry. Then call the corporate number lady was not very nice she call the pharmacist called me back and said medication was not available and I could not feel. The pharmacist changed her story at that point.
