Gary the manager is a great guy. All the guys behind the counter and in the shop are very polite and have a great personality. One of the guys up front named John he was very nice and helpful.

I called about scheduling an appointment for an alignment on the upcoming Saturday , I was told they didn’t take appointment. I showed up on the Saturday , and was told the man that did the alignments was off . In the future I would suggest when someone calls about a service , that the people that answer the phone check the schedules to be sure someone will be there to do the job before they tell you to show up !!! Very bad customer service , I won’t be going back !!

Not really sure how to feel about this place. My first visit I went for an oil change and specifically asked them to fill up my wiper fluid because it was empty and check any other fluids. When I called to complain that they hadn't done that they tried to argue and say I never asked them to fill or check fluids but it was written on the receipt. They offered me a refund or credit if I went back, I didn't take them up on this offer. Supposedly the guy who did this was terminated (told today). Went today and asked for them to check and fill any fluids but I didn't thunk any were out. They asked about mt filters I said they could check them. The guy then came and told me they needed to be replaced. But because I already know they like to lie I asked to see the filters. The salesman wouldn't show me the filter because it didn't need to be changed. But they would have swindled me out of $40+ had I not asked to see my filter. I think overall they want to be a good company but their service is shady. I likely will not return. It's not like it's convenient because it can take several hours for the oil change, I think today's visit was under 2 hours. But for the shady service you may have better luck at those quickie oil change places. I got my tires from them and they did an ok job with that. It was done in under a day. They do take a while to do things. For the time and effort there's better options elsewhere.

Horrible ! It took a long time to remove a screw in my tire and they scratched my entire wheel as I had painted it 4 days before, it took them 5 minutes to get the jack removed because something got stuck that they couldn't remove. A single person apologized to me. Unprepared team. I do not recommend

Good prices, I went out and bought my tires, I also go to the rotation and balancing service, you can have a free coffee while you wait! the team are friendly!

I purchased new wheels and tires online and brought them in to be mounted and balanced. They refused to do it as I did not purchase the tires from them. I can understand that, but they were rude about it as well. I won't be back and don't recommend as customer service skills are lacking

Went in for an alignment and the steering wheel was more crooked after going in here. Asked them to look at it again before going out of town and they refused. Brand new tires are already showing major signs of wear. Do not recommend.
