Hard to know where to begin when describing someone who has been such a positive influence and encourager to me. Training with Hope is empowering! She incorporates a personalized fitness plan, changes things up as needed based on circumstances/ injuries, etc., pushes you to be better, is THE BEST encourager and motivator, and just speaks truth without judgment. Not only is she a fantastic trainer, but she’s also just a fun and fantastic person. She’s kind and gentle and understanding, all while pushing you to be your best. She’s awesome!

If you are looking for a gym that has everything this is the place. Great, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Trainers on site. Great place for the entire family to workout.

Hope is amazing! I have learned so much from her about fitness but also about nutrition and mobility. She is so supportive when you need to work through an injury. She takes time to explain things if you have questions and makes sure you are using correct form. She’s the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I love training with Hope! I love that she has a deep, well-rounded knowledge of “styles” of workouts. I’ve had trainers that just train you and run you through a workout. Hope is understanding of the style of workout that my body requires. We’ve discovered that I must start with mobility warm ups and end with stretches. Since training with Hope, I have definitely gained muscle tone and strength that I had previously struggled to achieve. She is one of the most important parts of my day and I highly recommend her! Thank you Hope! ❤️??

Hope is the absolute best!! Love her and love her training style! She knows exactly how and when you need to be pushed. She’s patient and encouraging. She shows you each move you need to do so it’s done the right way. I would recommend her over and over and over again!!!!

I’ve gone to a lot of different gyms in my life, but this one took the Protein cake.
Talk about an official heavy weight gym.
Their free weights section (in what’s called The Dungeon ) goes up to 200 pounds in dumbbells. There are multiples of everything. I’ve never ran into the problem that someone was using what I needed. There are many fitness pros there, like the trainer Dustin, who has shown me many new ways to build up. Highly recommended.

I have been working out at Olympus Athletic Club for over a decade, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else in Murfreesboro. The staff is friendly, always helpful, and very welcoming to newcomers and old clients alike. It’s a clean facility with an excellent selection of equipment ranging from cardio machines to weight machines to free weights, as well equipment for CrossFit training. Group classes are available, and they also provide childcare for busy parents that are interested in living a healthy lifestyle. There are spacious areas for people of all fitness levels, and they provide all of this (and more!) at a very reasonable price.

Hope is the best of the best!!! I have worked with her over 5 years and I have learned so much from her about myself! My journey has been up and down and she has been by my side the whole way! I couldn’t ask for a better trainer that has the knowledge about health and fitness! She will send you all the information and videos that you need to help you! She has so much to offer with her business! I recently had my son working out with me and Hope was helping him with his form and helping him learn how to lift without getting hurt!

I have worked with Hope Wright (founder) for many years now, and in every possible scenario that she offers - personal training, group workouts, challenges, macro planning and meal planning...all of it! Through these experiences, I can whole heartedly say that Hope (Garage Girls Murfreesboro) is simply the BEST in town! She does not just give you a workout program and meal plan, like many trainers. She customizes your program based upon your personal goals, fitness level, motivations, and digs deep to help you figure out what is going to work for you. She is an educator, a motivator, an encourager, and wants to be part of your journey. I cannot recommend her enough!
