Just rented a parking spot for our RV trailer. Place is close to home and fair price. I had to rent it one month before I can park it since we are still at our other location until the end of the month and could not rent out a month ahead. Easy to complete the paper work and now have a sight when we come back from vacation. Our son in law parents rent a spot here and they are satisfied.

We were in a bind with a rush move between houses. The telephone staff was very patient and helpful with getting a rental space secured while we scrambled with dozens of other details during our moving day. The facility is clean and well organized. The only drawback was not having an office staff, onsite, to take orders and help new customers get setup. They do a good job, however, with the online and telephone assistance.

It was great dealing with Murfreesboro Mini Self Storage. I needed to take a look at a couple different size units to see if my stuff would fit. They were very accommodating. Also the entire week before I moved in we had a snow and ice storm. I was glad to see they had treated and cleared the driveway. Look forward to being here for a while.

At first I wasn't sure I had made the right decision. I applied for a unit over the weekend online and received an error message, so I called the number and spoke with a representative who was not very helpful. Later that day, I received the paperwork confirming my rental and unit, but I had some questions and was worried I would get the same representative. I called during the week and spoke with a woman name Tara. She was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, as well as getting ahold of the maintenance person Harry to help me on site. Thanks to them, my rating went from not so good to awesome!
