This is our second experience with the service dept. One was our son’s truck and then ours. Both times it was a complete waste of our time. They actually cost my son money by having a rental car, to then not even fixing the problem. It just sat for days. My truck had a few of the plastic clips pop off on the inside fender well and it caused some rubbing of the fender well liner when you turn and they didn’t even fix that. Said it was normal because of the suspension. Really horrible.

Great place to get all vehicle related maintenance done. Took great care of me. Won’t got anywhere elts! Supercharged my 2022 f150 rocky ridge 5.0 with a ford performance whipple 3.0 liter supercharger that I bought at ford of Murfreesboro. They did an excellent job and built my dream truck. Will recommend anyone that asks!

I think service at this dealership is in a tailspin to decrepitude. I left multiple messages to schedule service finally had to go in to schedule service. Then a warranty issue that required them to keep the truck three days before it could even be looked at. All in all my truck was kept five days to add insult injury key tag had a note truck is behind the car wash. Why not give it a car wash since you’ve had it a week and done all this work on it? Finally, the service rep cannot even explain the receipt or what they had done. I think I’m going to have to start looking in Mount Juliet, Lebanon or Smithville to find a good service center. The only bright spot is that the warranty issue was addressed.
