In this place I gave them 1 star I bought a battery before 11 months in Atlanta ga I have a warranty but first time he say you have to go back to the place where you buy then I say how i don't even have a load then he say ok remove from your truck and i can taste any way i just bring and say you're battery isshowing 88% we don't know what you're machine says we can't replace i go back to mechanic he say I don't see any problem with your truck he recommend me to stay overnight then to check i never know fleetpride is like this

Tried calling to locate a part, jermey heard a female voice and started down talking to me even tho I had the part number off the part itself and the brand… then when I offered to pass him to my male tech, he hung up on me.My tech called off of his phone, and he wouldn’t even let him get two words before hanging up on him twice.Fleetpride has a much better reputation than what the Murfreesboro location is exhibiting.

Jeremy and Justin are hands down the best heavy duty parts guys in Middle TN.Avoid Billy at all costs. He has no clue what he is doing and he is the slowest person I have ever met.

The older guy behind the desk laughs at you and is a complete arse. Don't take your business or inquiries here. You'll be wasting your time. Arrogant arse to say the least. All these parts at the store and they never have anything. These guys seriously don't know how to run a business... don't waste a dime at this place

Had to leave one star to post my comment even though this location doesn't deserve that much credit. I asked Philip for six common parts and he just told me that they do not have in stock. Wouldn't even take the time to look at his computer. Sorry customer service and would not recommend
